We are a couple and usually live together in the apartment that we have renovated ourselves. We enjoy plants, flowers and herbs on windowsills, delicious food, music, art and literature. And in fact, it is important to us that things are clean. All things in the apartment are very close to our hearts and we hope for respectful treatment of them.
We are renting out the biggest room in our apartment because we have both been invited to some artist residencies in Austria and Switzerland in May and June. From the second week of May you will have the apartment completely to yourself. In the first week of May you'll live together with Marco. He is a photographer and studied fine arts at the HGB. From the 14th of May Marco will be in Switzerland for his residency. During this time you will have the whole apartment for yourself (60sqm/3 rooms). On the 30th of May Mirsini comes back from her residency in Austria, she is a Greek artist living and working in Leipzig. During this time you will share the apartment only with her.
About the apartment:
Three nice rooms, small kitchen including bathroom, which is weird but special. Old wooden floor and original ornamental painting on the walls from the 20th century. 1,40m bed/mattress for you. Backyard with wild "botanic" garden. The flat is located in a silent side street next to the heart-beating main road Eisenbahnstraße, where you will find a lot of arabic streetfood, cafés and Leipzig's underground bars.
It's an old building with it's faults, but this is also what it makes it special and beloved. You are allowed to smoke beside the open window in the living room if you want. The other rooms are non-smoking rooms. Pavoni macchina is ready for extraordinary delicious espresso experience.

Wir sind ein Paar und wohnen normalerweise zusammen in der Wohnung, die wir selbst etwas renoviert haben. Wir freuen uns über Pflanzen, Blumen und Kräuter auf Fensterbänken, auf leckeres Essen, über Musik, Kunst und Literatur. Und tatsächlich ist es uns wichtig, dass die Dinge aufgeräumt und sauber sind. Alle Dinge in der Wohnung liegen uns sehr am Herzen und wir hoffen auf respektvollen Umgang mit ihnen
Wir vermieten ein Zimmer unserer Wohnung unter, da wir beide im Mai und Juni zu Künster*innen-Residenzen in Österreich und der Schweiz eingeladen wurden. Ab der zweiten Maiwoche hast du die Wohnung komplett für dich alleine. In der ersten Maiwoche wohnst du zusammen mit Marco. Er ist Fotograf und hat an der HGB studiert. Ab 14. Mai ist Marco dann in der Schweiz. In dieser Zeit hast du die ganze Wohnung für dich alleine (60qm/3 Zimmer). Am 30. Mai kommt Mirsini zurück von ihrer Residenz in Österreich, sie ist eine griechische Künstlerin und hat in Halle an der Burg studiert. In dieser Zeit teilst du dir die Wohnung nur mit ihr.
Alle Einzugs/Auszugsdaten sind flexibel.
