Das Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß und komplett ausgestattet. Aus dem Zimmer schaust du ins Grüne auf einen Ginkgobaum und du hast deinen eigenen Balkonzugang. Der Balkon wird von allen mitgenutzt, aber ist generell auch durch die Küche erreichbar.
The room has a size of 19sqm and is fully furnished. You have a view at the ginkgo tree in the backyard and your own balcony access. The balcony is used by everyone, but it's also accessible from the kittchen.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Osten von Leipzig, zwischen Kohlgarten- und Eisenbahnstraße. Somit bist du mitten im Geschehen und hast trotzdem Ruhe vor der Tür. Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Direkt vor der Tür liegt der Elsapark, 2 Minuten zu Fuß das Rabet und unweit entfernt der Lene-Voigt-Park.
The flat is located in the central east of Leipzig between Kohlgarten- and Eisenbahnstraße. So you're in the middle of everything and at the same time have a calm place to stay. There are many bars, supermarkets, etc. nearby. The Elsapark is in front of our house, other parks are also very near.
Wir sind momentan eine 5er WG und wohnen hier seit einem knappen Jahr zusammen. Da Magda 2 Monate reisen will, suchen wir jetzt dich!
Über uns: Wir sind aktuell alle in unterschiedliche Richtungen am Studieren, daneben kommen aber andere Dinge nicht zu kurz ;) Dazu gehören u.a. Musik machen, sportlich aktiv sein (u.a. klettern, skaten, Volleyball), Leipziger Kulturangebot genießen oder Feierabendbier und chillen auf dem Balkon. Zusammen haben wir einen Kleingarten, den du gerne mit besuchen und bewirtschaften kannst :)
Auch wenn es nur für eine begrenzte Zeit ist, haben wir Bock auf frischen Wind und wollen dich gerne kennenlernen!
We are 5 people living together since approxiomately one year. Our roommate Magda wants to travel for 2 months, so we're searching someone for August and September!
About us: We are all currently studying in different fields, but we also like to do other things ;) For example making music, doing sports (e.g. climbing, skating, volleyball), enjoying Leipzig's cultural offers or just hanging out at the balcony with a beer. Together we also have a littlen garden which you can use if you want to :)
Although it's only for a short time, we are looking forward to get to know you!
Wir haben Bock auf Gemeinschaft, unabhängig von Aspekten wie Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung, Herkunft oder Hautfarbe. Außerdem betreiben wir Kühlschrankkommunismus (vegetarisch).
