Due to some unexpected change of plans the room will be free just for june!!!!
Your room is going out direction east and depending on how you furnish it, it definitely has a lot of cozy potential! The ceilings are quite high and there is no wallpaper, which actually gives the room a much nicer touch. Since it faces the inner courtyard, it is a bit away from the rich background noise of Hermann-Liebmannstraße.
Dein Zimmer geht nach Osten raus und hat auf jeden Fall viel Potential und kann richtig gemütlich werden, je nachdem wie du es einrichtest. Die Decken sind recht hoch und an den Wänden ist keine Tapete mehr, was dem Zimmer einen tatsächlich viel schöneren Anstrich verleiht. Da es in Richtung Innenhof rausgeht ist es etwas abseits von der reichen Geräuschkulisse der Hermann-Liebmannstraße.

Our Flat is located in Hermann-Liebmann-Strasse, only 2 blocks from Eisenbahnstrasse. Walking 5 minutes gets you to Rabet, Mariannenpark or one of the Brache (fallow area), which is always ready for an evening campfire. The train stop is only a 3-minute walk from the front door and takes you to Hauptbahnhof in another 5 minutes. Apart from the wide range of things to do in the East, whether it's food, bars or markets, there are also various supermarkets - Konsum, Aldi and Angebot are right around the corner on Eisenbahnstraße. Recently the Wilde Emma opened on the ground floor, so the way to the next bar is almost non-existent :)
Unsere WG liegt auf der Hermann-Liebmann-Straße, nur 2 Blocks von der Eisenbahnstraße entfernt. In 5 Laufminuten bist du im Rabet, Mariannenpark oder der Brache, die auch immer zu einem abendlichen Lagerfeuer bereitsteht. Die Bahnhaltestelle ist nur 3 Laufminuten von der Haustür entfernt und bringt dich in weiteren 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Abgesehen von dem breiten Angebot des Ostens ob bei Essen, Bars oder Märkten, sind auch diverse Supermärkte und Konsum, Aldi und das Angebot direkt um die Ecke auf der Eisenbahnstraße. Vor kurzem hat im Erdgeschoss die Wilde Emma aufgemacht, also ist der Weg zur nächsten Bar quasi nicht existent :)
We're 4 people WG: me, Merle, Anna and David.
Merle - she's studying Industrial design at Burg in Halle,
Anna - currently staying in Leipzig for the summer to have a good time and in autumn someone else will join the flat.
David- he's still kind of fresh in Leipzig still in exploring mood and he's really into making music.
We have no specific rules, just trying to keep the flat clean and make it a nice and cozy place, comfortable for everyone. We really appreciate creativity and new ideas that you can bring to the flat. And of course communication is key!!:)
Wir sind zu viert: Merle, Anna, David und ich.
Merle studiert Industrial Design an der Burg in Halle,
Anna bleibt derzeit den Sommer in Leipzig, um eine gute Zeit zu haben und im Herbst wird für sie dann jemand anderes in die WG einziehen.
David ist noch recht frisch in Leipzig, immer noch in Entdeckungslaune und macht sau gerne Musik.
Wir haben keine besonderen Regeln, wir versuchen nur, die Wohnung sauber zu halten und sie zu einem schönen und gemütlichen Ort zu machen, der für alle bequem ist. Wir schätzen Kreativität und neue Ideen, die Menschen in die Wohnung einbringen können:)
