in unserer 3er WG wird ab März ein Zimmer frei, da uns unser Mitbewohner Cris leider verlässt und zu neuen Abenteuern aufbricht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentrumsnah nahe der belebten Eisenbahnstraße.
Du würdest dir die WG mit Leticia (21, studiert Ethnologie und spricht neben Spanisch und Englisch auch ein bisschen Arabisch) und mir (Sarah, 26, ich studiere Translatologie im Master und bin bald fertig) teilen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und unsere Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Fahrräder können im Keller oder Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz am Anfang der Eisenbahnstraße - also eine super Lage. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten am Hbf und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Von dort aus fährt alle paar Minuten eine Bahn ins Zentrum (Tram 1,3, oder 8). An der Uni ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten. Rewe, Aldi, Bioladen und etliche Dönerläden sind in der Nähe. 😊
Uns ist eine positive WG-Atmosphäre wichtig, in der man aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt. Wir unternehmen gerne mal was zusammen, machen gemeinsame Kochabende etc. Natürlich hat aber auch jeder seine Privatsphäre. Bei großen WG-Partys bist du bei uns eher fehl am Platz, aber für gemütliche Spieleabende mit einem Glas Wein oder jegliche Aktivitäten draußen waren wir immer zu haben. Auch eine gewisse Sauberkeit wäre uns wichtig, aber das sollte selbstverständlich sein und hat bisher auch immer gut funktioniert.
Wir suchen vorzugsweise jemanden, der längerfristig bleiben möchte :)

Hello room seekers,
Single furniture room available in 3 bedrooms share
Unfortunately I am leaving Leipzig so my room would be free from March 1st. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, living room, bathroom and separate kitchen. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room should be taken furnished, there’s a simple mattress and a shelving. There’s also a whiteboard that could be taken if wanted. Tram stop 2 min walk. Supermarkets 5min walk.
You would live with two very nice girls. Sarah (26) is studying translation and Leticia (21) is studying anthropology. Apart from German, they are able to speak English, Spanish, French (Sarah) and a little Arabic (Leticia).The girls are very nice and open people, always willing to share a good time but also each one organizes their own time. Good communication is key to a good atmosphere in the flat and nice chats with a beer, tea or a glas of wine as well as cooking evenings with flatmates were always welcome :) A common sense about cleaning is appreciated, too ;)
