Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ein gemütliches, nach Osten ausgerichtetes Zimmer mit 13 qm. Die Wohnung hat fünf Zimmer (alle Schlafzimmer) und zwei Bäder (eines mit Badewanne). Die Küche ist recht klein, aber das war nie ein Problem. In der Flur ist unser Esstisch und die Eckbank. Wenn es wärmer ist, verbringen wir die meiste Zeit auf dem großen, nach Westen ausgerichteten Balkon.
The room to be rented is a cosy east facing room with 13 qm. The apartment has five rooms (all bedrooms) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub). The kitchen is quite small but has never been an issue. In the hallway we have our dining table and cosy corner bench. When it's warmer most time is spent on the large west facing balcony.
Die Einertstraße liegt am Anfang der Eisenbahnstraße. Die Eisenbahnstraße ist eine kulturell lebendige Gegend in Leipzig und bietet Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist Rewe, Netto, Konsum und Aldi. Gleich um die Ecke (30 Sekunden Fußweg) befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, an der die Linien 1, 3 und 8 halten.
Einertstraße is at the start of the Eisenbahnstraße. The Eisenbahnstraße culturally alive area in Leipzig and offers bars, shopping and restaurants. Within 5 mintues walk is Rewe, Netto, Konsum and Aldi. Just around the corner (30 second walk) is the tram stop where the number 1, 3 and 8 stop.
Derzeit lebt in der WG:
Torben 28 - ist Arzt und reist mit seinem Bus durch die Türkei.
Nicole 29 - kommt aus Mexiko und lernt/studiert Deutsch.
Foday 28 - kommt aus Gambia, arbeitet auf einer Farm und kocht sehr leckeres afrikanisches Essen.
Tina 26 - arbeitet hauptberuflich als Ergotherapeutin.
Die Dynamik in der Wohnung liegt in etwa zwischen einer Sozialen WG und einer Zweck-WG. Es ist sozusagen das, was man daraus macht.
Currently in the share flat lives:
Torben 28 - is a doctor who is travelling around turkey in his van.
Nicole 29 - Comes from Mexico and is learning/studying German.
Foday 28 - Comes from Gambia, works on a farm and cooks really delicious african food.
Tina 26 - works fulltime as a Occupational health therpist.
The dynamic in the flat is somewhat between a social share flat and purpose share flat. It's what you make of it.
