Ich wohne in einer wunderschönen Altbau 3-er WG mit 110qm im Leipziger Osten (parallel zu Eisenbahnstraße) und habe in der WG zwei voll ausgestattete Zimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeits-/Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und Couch und allem was man braucht. Ich will vom 13.1.-17.Februar nach Berlin gehen und suche für die Zeit eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter:in.
Ich habe für mich allein ca 36qm auf 2 miteinander verbundene Zimmer mit Dielen und Stuck und einem 160cm Bett.
Parallel zur Eisenbahnstraße. 12min Gehweg zzm hauptbahnhof/ in die innenstadt
Meine WG ist sehr nett. Ich wohne mit zwei Frauen zusammen, die beide viel unterwegs sind und beide arbeiten. Wir verstehen uns gut, sind aber viel auch in unseren Zimmern abends.
