Hey ich bin Vio (sie/ihr), in meiner Zweier-WG wird ein kleines aber feines Zimmer frei. Ich suche eine FLINTA* Person ab jetzt bis Ende September... Du kannst auch die Wohung übernehmen und langfristig bleiben. Der Vermieter würde sich auf eine Übernahme des Vertrags einlassen, notwendig wären die üblichen Unterlagen (Gehaltsnachweise oder Bürgschaft).
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Es ist schön hell, zu Osten raus und dadurch hast du Morgensonne.Das Zimmer hat eine basic Ausstattung (siehe Foto) die du nutzen kannst. Wir können sie aber auch raus nehmen. In der Küche ist auch genug Platz um mit mehreren zu essen. Außerdem hat die Wohnung noch ein großes Badezimmer.

Hey I'm Vio (she/her), in my two-person flat-share a small but nice room is free for rent until end of September, and longer of you would Rent the hole flat. I'm looking for a FLINTA* person who wants to live together in the Leipzig West.
It is small, but very cozy. The room is nice and bright, faces east and therefore you have morning sun. The room will be empty, but i can organize basic stuff if needed.
In the kitchen there is also a lot of space to eat with some people. In addition, the apartment has a large bathroom.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze von Plagwitz zu Kleinzschocher. Direkt um die Ecke nur 2 min Fußweg ist die Haltestelle der 2 und 3. Ein paar Minuten entfernt ist der Adler. Direkt um die Ecke gibts einen Aldi, sonst noch den Rewe vorne am Adler. Hinterm Haus ist ein altes Gleisbett wo wir ne kleine Spaziergangrunde am Heiter bis Wolkig vorbei drehen können. Ansonsten bist du auch in 7 min im Volkspark Kleinzschocher.. Dort bin ich tatsächlich ganz häufig (auch im Winter) und gehe ne Runde spazieren oder meditiere, mache Qi Gong, picknicke oder gehe joggen. Aber auch der nahe (15 min mit Rad!) Cossi ist ein wichtiges Ziel für mich..

Directly around the corner only 2 min walk is the stop of the 2 and 3 Line. A few minutes away is the "Adler". Directly around the corner there is an Aldi, otherwise the Rewe in front of the Adler. Behind the house is an old rail bed where we can turn a little walk round the "Heiter bis Wolkig" past. Otherwise, you are also in 7 min in the Volkspark Kleinzschocher... There I am actually quite often (even in winter) and go for a walk or meditate, do Qi Gong, picnic or go jogging. But also the nearby (15 min by bike!) Cosspudener See is an important destination for me... inlinern, volleyball, swimming or just hanging.
Gerade schreibe ich meine Masterthesis und schließe eine Tanzausbildung ab, daher bin ich dadurch sehr eingespannt aber genieße auch Zeit in der Natur, gemeinsam kochen oder verbringe Zeit mit Freund:innen. Ich würde zu Ende September ausziehen. Die Wohnung könntest du aber übernehmen. Das andere Zimmer hat ca 16 qm, gesamt 55 qm.

I am currently writing my master's thesis and completing a dance education program, so I am very busy but also enjoy time in nature, cooking together or spending time with friends. I‘ll move out end of September. But you could take over the flat. The other room has 16 qm in total 55 qm.
