Wir suchen ab sofort eine Person, die ein kleines Zimmer auf der Karl-Heine-Str. bewohnen möchte. Sind eher zwei Pragmatiker und daher nicht sehr anspruchsvoll was Komfort angeht. Das Zimmer ist an der Nordseite und zur Straße, das heißt, dass die Tram deutich zu hören ist. Trotzdem ist das Zimmer tagsüber schön hell.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viel gute Gastronomie. Tram und Bus sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Supermärkte und Spätis gibt es ebenfalls. Das Viertel ist recht alternativ, offen und gemischt. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Hinterhof mit Verweilmöglichkeit. Die Hausbewohner*Innen sind auch alle sehr nett uns umgänglich. Im Haus befindet sich ein Feinkoetladen.
Wir sind eher eine Zweck-WG. Austausch findet statt, aber wir genießen gerne unsere Ruhe. Ein starker Raucher bewohnt die WG, der jedoch ausschließlich in seinem Zimmer qualmt.
Ansprüche an unsere*n neue*n Mitbewohner*In haben wir kaum. Geschlecht, Beruf, Hobbys, Herkunft sind egal. Ein gewisses Ruhebedürfnis wäre wünschenswert. Darüberhinaus legen wir wert auf Toleranz.
