ACHTUNG! Bei dieser Anzeige ist die Sache ein bisschen special:
Die ersten Fotos zeigen mein aktuelles Zimmer- dieses wirst du allerdings nicht bewohnen, da wir als WG Mitte Oktober in eine neue Wohnung ziehen. Das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett wird das zu vermietende (und damit dein Zwischen-Zuhause), mit den Möbeln von den ersten Fotos (das Hochbett bleibt allerdings drin).
Ich selbst bin ab Oktober im Auslandssemester, weswegen du mein neues Zimmer zuerst beziehen würdest :) Natürlich kannst du dich nach Belieben einrichten, da das Zimmer frisch nach dem Umzug wahrscheinlich noch etwas unbelebt aussehen wird.
Die Fotos zeigen die neue Wohnung, allerdings mit der Einrichtung der Vormietenden. Küche, Bad usw bleiben aber unverändert und das Umzugschaos wird bei Deinem Einzug im Gröbsten auch schon durch sein :)

ATTENTION! With this ad, things are a bit special:
The first photos show my current room - but you won't be living in this one, as we're moving into a new apartment in mid-October. The room with the loft bed will be the one to be rented out (and therefore your temporary home), with the furniture from the first photos (however, the loft bed will remain in it).
Me for myself will be in a semester abroad from October, which is why you would move into my new room first :) Of course you can set yourself up as you like, since the room will probably look a bit lifeless fresh after the move.
The photos show the new apartment, but with the furnishings of the previous tenants. However, the kitchen, bathroom, etc. will remain unchanged and the chaos of the move will be over by the time you move in :)
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Antonienstraße, direkt bei der Haltestelle Antonien/Gießerstraße. Für die Öffis musst du also nur vor die Tür, wenige Meter weiter befindet sich am Adler alles was man so fürs tägliche Leben braucht.
Benefit: die Schlafzimmer zeigen alle zum Hof, man schläft also auch bei offenem Fenster ohne Verkehrslärm.

The apartment is on Antonienstrasse, right next to the Antonien/Gießerstrasse stop. For public transport you only have to go outside, a few meters further you will find everything you need for everyday life at the Adler.
Benefit: the bedrooms all face the courtyard, so you can sleep with the windows open without traffic noise.
Zu uns: unser WG Leben hat durch Felix (33) vor kurzem Nachwuchs in Form eines Australian Shepard- Labradormischlings namens Frida bekommen. Gut möglich, dass du die beiden im Park das eine oder andere Mal über die Wiese rennen sehen wirst- denn fürs Frisbee oder Ball spielen sind beide schnell zu haben.
Wenn Felix nicht im Park oder beim bouldern ist, arbeitet er an der HTWK als Ingenieur.
Franzi (27) ist, im Berufsleben getarnt als Anwältin, eigentlich Detektivin und darin besser als jedes FBI/CIA Sondereinsatzkommando. Wären alle Menschen wie sie, wäre die Welt ein besserer Ort.
Ronja (23) kann alle Art von Fahrzeug fahren, egal wie viele Räder es hat. Außerdem studiert sie im Master Prävention und Rehabilitation und hat eine Vorliebe für Fahrrad-Urlaube.
Wir sind als WG nicht nur Mitbewohnende, sondern auch miteinander befreundet. Meistens kochen und essen wir abends gemeinsam (vorzugsweise veggie) und erzählen uns die Storys des Tages. Trotzdem gehört es auch dazu, dass sich jede*r auch einfach mal zurückziehen will. Im Kühlschrank und beim Putzen herrscht Kommunismus.
Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung wird leider nicht möglich sein, da wir erst im Oktober dort einziehen.

About us: Felix (33) recently had offspring in our flat share in the form of an Australian Shepard-Labrador mix named Frida. It is quite possible that you will see both of them running across the meadow in the park once in a while - because both are quick to get hold of for Frisbee or ball games.
When Felix is not in the park or bouldering, he works as an engineer at the HTWK.
Franzi (27), disguised as a lawyer in her professional life, is actually a detective and better at it than any FBI/CIA special task force. If everyone were like her, the world would be a better place.
Ronja (23) can drive any type of vehicle, no matter how many wheels it has. She is also studying prevention and rehabilitation for her master's degree and has a preference for cycling holidays.
As a flat share, we are not only roommates, but also friends. Most of the time we cook and eat together in the evening (preferably veggie) and tell each other the stories of the day. Nevertheless, it is also part of the fact that everyone just wants to withdraw from time to time. Communism reigns in the fridge and in the cleaning.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to view the apartment as we will only be moving in there in October.
