Ich habe das Zimmer selbst als Zwischenmiete gemietet jedoch habe ich ein Jobangebot in einer anderen Stadt erhalten und muss dafür wieder umziehen. Mein neuer Job beginnt am 15.01. dementsprechend würde ich das Zimmer gerne zu diesem Zeitpunkt vermieten. Ich wäre aber auch flexibel so wäre auch der 01.02.2024 für mich auch in Ordnung.Wahrscheinlich würde ich auch schon vor dem 15.01 ausziehen.
Marc, dem das Zimmer eigentlich gehört ist gerade im Ausland. Ich würde bei Interesse einen Untermietvertrag erstellen und mich um alles kümmern.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was du für eine Zwischenmiete brauchst auch Bettwäsche, Bettlacken und Handtüchern. Gerne können wir eine Online Besichtigung ausmachen.

Jonas ist berufstätig und super entspannt und wir quatschen oft wenn wir uns in der Küche sehen und kann dir gute Tipps für Leipzig geben.
Max habe ich selber noch nicht kennengelernt, da er noch bis Ende Januar in seinem Auslandssemester in Budapest ist und selbst einen Untermieter hatte. Max studiert BWL und ist nach Aussagen von Marc und Jonas super entspannt.
