Hey everyone :)
there'll be a free room in our flat from the middle/ end of September.
We are are looking for a woman* (age 25 or older).
Your potential future roommates are 5 people between 26 and 33 (2 women, 3 men) who are studying and/or working in different fields.
Languages spoken are (so far) German, English & Spanish.
Our flat has 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, as well as a super cosy sitting area that is connected to the kitchen. On the flat roof, we like to watch the sunset in Summer.
Also, we have a cleaning plan & several very beloved devices for coffee-making ;)
The room is available either from the middle or the end of September (that would be up to you).

ab Mitte/Ende September gibt es in unserer WG ein freies Zimmer.
Als neue Mitbewohnerin wünschen wir uns eine Frau ab 25.
Deine potentiellen zukünfitgen Mitbewohner*innen sind 5 Leute zwischen 26 und 33 (2 Frauen, 3 Männer), die in unterschiedlichen Bereichen berufstätig bzw. studierend unterwegs sind.
Bislang werden in unserer WG Deutsch, Englisch & Spanisch gesprochen.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und außerdem eine super gemütliche Sitzecke, die an die Küche angeschlossen ist. Ein kleines Highlight ist das Flachdach, von dem aus man sich sehr schön Sonnenuntergänge anschauen kann
Zudem verfügen wir über diverse Gerätschaften zur Herstellung von Kaffee ;)
Uund es gibt einen Putzplan.
Das Zimmer kann Mitte oder Ende September übergeben werden.
The flat is located in the beautiful (and last but not least fairly hip ;)) district of Plagwitz.
One reaches the Karl-Heine-Kanel, the Karl-Heine-Street, that holds a number of dining places, the Westwerk, an awesome political bookshop (drift) and the Schaubühne Lindenfels within 10 minutes on foot. The same goes for a Rewe, a dm (drugstore) and a Toom.
The bus/tram-stops Zollschuppenstraße and S-Bahnhof Plagwitz, which are very close by, make it possible to easily reach other parts if the town.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen (und nicht zuletzt natürlich ziemlich hippen ;)) Plagwitz. Zu Fuß erreicht man in weniger 10 Minuten den Karl-Heine-Kanal, die Karl-Heine-Straße (mit zahlreichen Essgelegenheiten, dem Westwerk, einer tollen politischen Buchhandlung (drift) und der Schaubühne Lindenfels) und außerdem auch Rewe, Toom und dm.
Von den Haltestellen Zollschuppenstraße und S-Bahnhof Plagwitz, die ganz in der Nähe sind, kommt man auch in den Wintermonaten easy in andere Teile der Stadt.
