in meiner 3-Raum-Wohnung (80m²) in Plagwitz ist ab Dezember ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für ca. 6 Monate frei.
Es ist groß (20m²) und hell (4. OG), mit Sonne und schönen Holzdielen.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat Dielenboden und hohe Räume, ist ein gemütlicher, schön unperfekt teilsanierter Altbau. Bad und Küche sind auch groß und mit Fenster.
Rauchen ist erlaubt, denn ich rauche selbst. Straßenbahn, Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen, Essen etc. ist alles direkt da und mehrere Parks sind auch gleich nahe. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20 min.
Einige Möbel wären noch einrichtbar.
Ich (w, 40) bin selbst einige Zeit nicht da. Dann kann man hier ganz in Ruhe sein.
