Das Zimmer ist schön und super groß :)
Die Wohnung:
Sie liegt im 1. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung verfügt über 180 m², welche sich auf sieben Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und einen großen Flur verteilen.
Die ca. 30 m² große Küche haben wir selbst bei unserem Einzug umgebaut und eingerichtet, genauso wie Wohnzimmer und Flur. Mitgestalten darfst du gerne, wenn du magst!
Das geflieste Badezimmer verfügt über Fenster und Wanne.
Eines der kleineren Zimmer nutzen wir als Gästezimmer, was Besuch von Freund*innen entspannt macht.
Wir können den Garten des Hauses und den Hof mitbenutzen (super schon alleine um Räder abzustellen oder falls mal jemand mit Auto zu Besuch kommt). Man kann dort auch super grillen und Wäsche aufhängen.

The flat:
Is on the 1st floor of a small apartment building and has 180m², which are split up on 7 bedrooms, a big kitchen (25m²) and a big livingroom, a bathroom and a hallway.
One of the small rooms is used as a guest room, so feel free to invite friends around :)
We can use the garden and the yard of our house, which is nice for parking and for barbecues in summer and also to hang out laundry.
Direkt an der Wohnung ist ein LIDL, EDEKA, ein REWE, DM, Rossmann, viele kleine Restaurants und Bars, Bäcker ... und der beste vegane Vietnamese der Stadt (!!)
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Elster-Passage“ befindet sich in nur 250 m Entfernung. Von hier gelangt man mit der Linie 3 in knapp 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem fährt die 74 direkt vor der Haustür ab und bringt einen schnell und direkt nach Connewitz.
Direkt neben unserem Haus ist liegt der Karl-Heine-Kanal und die Karl-Heine Straße und Lindenau sind auch direkt um die Ecke. 10min zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich der Clara Zetkin Park und die Sachsenbrücke, es ist superschön und grün bei uns.

Very close to the flat is a LIDL, EDEKA, a REWE, DM, Rossmann and many small restaurants and bars, bakeries…all that you need. Besides, theres El Arabi and the best Vietnamese place.
The tram stop “Elster Passage” is only 250m away from our house. From there you get to the main station in 15min and the city center in a bit less than 15min. Also, the Bus 74 goes directly to Südvorstadt snd it’s easy to reach Connewitz.
Right next to our house is the Karl-Heine-Kanal and Lindenau is just around the corner. 10min from our place is the Clara Zetkin Park and the Sachsenbrücke, it’s really pretty and green in our neighborhood :)
Wir sind Leo (27), Klara (23), Gesine (30), Sophia (27) und Laura (21) und studieren oder machen etwas anderes in Halle/Leipzig. Außerdem ist Anne (27) teil unserer WG, die für eine Zwischenmiete bis September in unserem Gästezimmer wohnt.
Leo und Laura ziehen schweren Herzens beide zum August aus, um in Berlin zu arbeiten und für ein Auslandsjahr.
Wir hängen gerne zusammen rum, kochen gerne leckeres Essen (immer veggie am liebsten vegan), trinken Bier und Prosecco und viel Kaffee, gucken Filme, lieben Flohmärkte, gute UND Trash-Filme. Allerdings sind wir phasenweise auch viel unterwegs.
Wir haben sogar einen kleinen Garten am Haus mit Feuertonne und Leo und Klara haben auch einen Schrebergarten ganz in der Nähe, der auch von den anderen Mitbewohnis mitgenutzt werden kann. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Trotzdem schätzen und brauchen wir aber natürlich alle unsere Freiräume - geschlossene Zimmertüren sind auch ok.
Wir sind eine queerfriendly-WG, in der queere, queer-questioning und Heten zusammen leben. Wir freuen uns über Zuwachs!

We are Leo (27), Sophia (27), Gesine (30), Klara (23) and Laura (21) and Anne (27) who is there for a sublet in our guestroom until September study in Halle/Leipzig.
We like to hang out together, cook delicious food (always veggie, preferably vegan), drink beer and prosecco and lots of coffee, watch movies, love flea markets. But from time to time we are also out a lot and busy with our own stuff. Nevertheless we all appreciate and need our freedom - closed room doors are ok, too.
We’re a queer friendly flat with queers, queer-questioning and heteros are living together and would love for you to join us!

Wir können über das Einzugsdatum auch gerne noch reden, das ist eher so der generelle Richtzeitraum Können wir alles am besten persönlich besprechen - wir haben einen Garten und können gerne da auch die WG-Castings abhalten.
