Mein Zimmer wird für den halben August und September frei, da ich ein Praktikum in Potsdam mache. Das Zimmer ist also möbliert und es ist auch noch Zeug von mir drin, aber ich werde Platz schaffen, damit du dich ein wenig ausbreiten kannst. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße hinaus und du hast immer was zu schauen. Es gibt sonst noch zwei weitere Zimmer in der WG, aber du hast das Größte ;)
You will live in my room while I'm doing an internship in Potsdam. The room will be furnished and I will leave some of my stuff in the room. But you will have enough space for your own stuff. There are 3 rooms in our WG and yours will be the biggest which is headed to the street.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen vor der Haustür fahren Trams und Bus, aber auch zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad sind die Wege nicht weit. In direkter Umgebung gibt es mehre Supermärkte, Bio-Läden, Restaurants, Bistros, Cafés, Bars, ein Späti im Haus, Bücherläden, Drogerie, einfach wirklich alles und du bist zu Fuß in einer Minute auf der Karl-Heine-Straße, das Herzstück Plagwitz, wo sehr viel Leben und Menschen sind.
The flat is really well located. In front of our house is a tram and bus station. There are supermarkets, organic shops, cafés, restaurants, bistros, drugstore etc. just nearby. You will live one minute from the Karl-Heine-Street which is the place to be in Plagwitz.
Du wirst die Zeit über mit Tim und David hier wohnen, die für Leipziger Verhältnisse schon wirklich laaange in dieser Wohnung leben (6 oder 7 Jahre...). Die Beiden leben ihr Studentenleben in Leipzig und sind immer mal für ein Bier zu haben. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und jede*r kann machen, was er*sie will. An manchen Abenden kommen wir in den Geschmack von Davids Kochkünsten und machen es uns nett. Es ist auf jeden Fall immer ein offenes Ohr oder eine helfende Hand bei Problemen da. Ich bin sicher, dass du mit der WG eine gute Zeit in Leipzig haben wirst... :)
You will live together with David and Tim, both students, who are living for some years in this flat. It is chilled cohabitation with no expectations. If you like you can drink a beer together, have dinner together or just do your stuff. But I am sure that they are willing to help you if you have any kind of trouble. I'm sure that you will spend a good time in Leipzig in this WG .. :)
Bei dem genauen Zeitraum bin ich etwas flexibel und wir können ihn nach unseren Bedürfnissen anpassen. Ansonsten ist in der Miete alles beinhaltet. Schreib oder ruf mich einfach an und wir können alles absprechen :)
