Du hast Lust, dich neu einzurichten, kommst damit klar, wenn noch nicht alles niet und nagelfest ist? Du magst es dir in einer Dreiergemeinschaft gemütlich machen? Würdest gerne mitgestalten und Ebay Kleinanzeigen, Sharinggruppen & Sperrmüll durchjagen auf der Suche nach bezahlbaren Möbeln und Nutzgegenständen? Dann meld dich gern!
Hier einmal die facts:
**ein Zimmer 20m2 für ca 260 Euronen warm**
**ein Zimmer ca 12m2 für ca 210 Euronen warm**
Hinzu kommen noch Internetz und GEZ, deswegen ist die Kostenangabe erstmal so ungefähr.
Such dir ein Zimmer aus, und wir finden eine dritte Person zusammen. Die Bude ist auch frisch renoviert und gestrichen, dafür allerdings kompleetto leer bis auf das Bad. Solltest du also irgendwas an Küchengedöns oder ähnliches im Gepäck haben- welcome!

I found a super cozy flat in east of Leipzig, thats why I am looking for people to join me in this new place! If you are interested in building a cozy place to live, look for stuff on Ebay and Sharing-Groups and gather it with the time you are heartely welcome! You can choose a room (one 20m2 for around 260 euros or one for 12m2 for around 210 euros) and then we can look together for a third person.
Die Wiebelstr eine Nebenstr der Wurzner Str, was die Lautstärke angeht also voll in Ordnung und mit dem Rad ist man in nur max. 10 Min am Hbf. Top Lage also! Direkt ums Eck sind Park, K-Land und Späti.
Wir können im Hinterhaus auch einen kleinen Garten mitbenutzen und einen Fahrradkeller gibts auch und einen Trockenraum für die Wäsche.

The location is pretty good, Wiebelstr is a small street next to the Wurzner Str so everything you need is a 5 min walk away (shops, pharmacy and parc). By bike its 10min to the main station.
At the house we can use a small garden and there is a basement for bikes.
WG-Leben gibt es noch nicht. Wir denken uns was aus!
Mich ziehts aus meiner familiären 6er Wg in was kleineres. Familiäres Zusammenleben habe ich aber kennen und lieben gelernt! Grundsätzlich ist mir wichtig, dass ich genauso diskutieren kann mit dir, wie schweigend nen Kaffee am Morgen machen, genauso mal auf dem Bett Filme schauen oder Zeitung lesen und auch Zeit für sich alleine haben.
Ich hüpfe gern auch mal für ein bisschen Gemüs in den Container oder hole bei Foodsharing ab, esse mal mehr, mal weniger konsequent keine tierischen Produkte und wenn wir unseren nicht vorhandenen Balkon vermissen schnappe ich mir gerne zum frühstücken eine Decke und auf in den in Park in die Sonne.
Zu mir: Ich interessiere mich für queer-feministische Theorie und Aktivismus, Theater, Tanz und Körperarbeit. Wenn ich Zeit über habe, turne ich gerne draußen herum, besuche online-Workshops, lese oder pflanze Radieschen und Salat im Kleingarten.

I am looking for a warm and safe place to feel home and welcome and also the possibility to spend time in my room. If thats sounds good to you, lets get to know each other!
About me: I am interested in queer-feminist theorie and activism, theatre, dance and bodywork. When I have some spare time, I love to spend it outside, at some online workshop or in the allotment garden planting radish and salad.
