Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für das nächste Semester ab Oktober. Nach hinten raus bin ich relativ flexibel. Das Zimmer ist ca. 27 qm groß. Es geht zum Garten raus und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne - also ruhig und cosy. Es gibt eine hüfthofe Hochebene, ein Himmelbett und Pflanzen (um die du dich bitte kümmern müsstest in meiner Abwesenheit).

My room will be free for the next semester starting octobre. I am a little flexibel about the end.
The room has ca. 27 qm. It's directing the garden and has full day sun - so calm and cosy. It has a hiphigh uplift with the bed on it, a canopy bed and my plats (which you would have to take care of).
Super Ecke - Leipzig East. Alles in der Nähe. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, Bars und Cafés und Straßenbahn direkt um die Ecke.

Wir kochen gerne zusammen oder hängen auf dem Balkon ab oder im gigantischen Garten, ein cosy miteinander ist wichtig. Es ist kein Hi und Bye.
Alex ist Jounalistin und macht gerade ihren Master in Journalismus und IT, Adam ist Musiker und produziert auch zu Hause (was nicht so laut ist wie es klingen mag), Jan macht bald demnächst seinen Abschluss in Chemie und Shanee studiert Malerei an der HGB.
