My apartment is available for rent (flat share) for single person for short term contract.
The apartment is quite spacious, full of light in all the rooms and is a great location to live in.
It is a fully furnished apartment, with two bedrooms (one used by me), a drawing cum dining room. The bathroom and kitchen are separately located and also well lit. The rent for each person is 600/month and is inclusive of all utilities including washing machine, electricity and good speed internet/wifi. The neighbours are also very friendly and helpful.
Expected dates of sub-letting is from 05.11.2021-05.02.2023.
The rent is limited for a limited time as my partner is travelling for work away from Leipzig and would love to be back next year sometime in February.
2 minutes to the nearest tram/bus stop.
Walking distance to Kaufland, Penny, Rossman.
Eisenbahnstr., Ramdohrscher park and Lene-Voigt park is also very close by walk/bike.
