Da ich Leipzig und die WG für ein Auslandssemester verlassen werde, suche ich für mein Zimmer einen netten Menschen für die Zwischenzeit. Es ist in etwa 15,5m² groß und komplett möbliert. Der Blick auf die Sterni-Brauerei, der von den breiten Fensterbrettern aus genossen werden, hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Die 2 großen Fenster lassen viel Licht rein, was gerade im Herbst und Winter sehr schön ist. Die Vorhänge tun allerdings auch ihren Job und verdunkeln sehr gut. Das Zimmer steht von September bis Ende Februar zur Verfügung, was die genauen Daten angeht bin ich auch ein bisschen flexibel. Ich lasse dir ein bequemes Bett mit Nachttisch, den Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, einen großen Kleiderschrank, 2 Regale, eine Kommode und einen Sessel da. Über Teppich, Musikanlage, TV, Schreibtischlampe etc. können wir auch gern reden.
As I am leaving Leipzig and the shared flat for an exchange semester abroad, I'm looking for a nice human being to sub rent my room from September to February (exact dates are negotiable). The room is about 15.4m² big and fully furnished - as is the whole flat. The view of the brewery has it's one charm and may be enjoyed while sitting on the wide window sills. The room is bright because of the two big windows what is very nice especially during fall and winter. The curtains do their job quite well though.
I'm leaving you a comfy bed with a side table, a desk with an office chair, a big wardrobe, two shelfs, a dresser and the black easy chair. The rug, TV and the audio system are negotiable, too.
Die WG liegt in Reudnitz zwischen der Riebeckstraße und dem Ostplatz.
ÖPNV-Anbindung ist wirklich gut: 2min zur Haltestelle Schulze-Boysen-Str. (Bus 60 in die Südvorstadt/nach Plagwitz), 5min zur Haltestelle Riebeck-/Oststr. (Tram 4 zum Stadtzentrum bzw. nach Stötteritz, Bus 70 nach Connewitz/Markkleeberg in Richtung Cospudener See), 7min zur Haltestelle Ostplatz (Tram 15 zum Stadtzentrum/Lindenau-Plagwitz bzw. zum Völki). Mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad sind es 7-10 Minuten bis zum Hauptcampus im Stadtzentrum. Am Uniklinikum und bei den Instituten für Geographie, Biologie und Physik ist man mit dem Fahrrad auch schon in 5 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 5min zum REWE, 10min zum Penny, Kaufland, Rossmann und Co. In 5min Umkreis gibt es auch mehrere Bäcker, mindestens zwei Dönerläden, einen Asiaimbiss, Subway, zwei Spätis und noch einiges mehr. Der Lene-Voigt-Park mit Tischtennisplatten, Volleyballfeld, Fußball- bzw. Basketballfeld ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und da ist immer was los. Der nahe gelegene Friedenspark ist auch sehr schön.
The house is located in Reudnitz, in between the two tram stops Riebeck-/Oststraße (Tram 4) and Ostplatz (Tram 15). It's about 7-10 minutes by tram or by bike to the main campus at the Augustusplatz (city center). The university hospital and the institutes for geography, biology and physics are quite near (5 minutes by bike). The bus line 60 brings you to the Südvorstadt/Karl-Liebknecht street (10-15 minutes) and to Plagwitz.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities in about 5-10 minutes walking distance: 3 super markets, a drug store, a pharmacy, two kebab stores, a subway, late shops and everything you'll need.
We live in between 2 parks: The Lene-Voigt-Park is right around the corner and always busy and the Friedenspark is quite nice, too.
Deine Mitbewohner für das halbe Jahr sind Richard (26) und Christoph (22). Richard studiert gerade Physik, macht viel Sport - man kann ihm manchmal bei Football-Heimspielen zujubeln - und hat immer ein (mehr oder weniger) kühles Sterni da. Er ist unter anderem WG-Urgestein. Christoph studiert Maschinenbau und schreibt gerade seine Diplomarbeit in Leipzig. Er ist auch frisch eingezogen, hat sich aber schon gut eingelebt. :) Beide haben meistens offene Zimmertüren und damit auch ein offenes Ohr.
Wir kommen gerne zu Bier, Mate oder auch mal einer Tasse Kakao in der Küche zusammen, was oft in langen, lustigen Abenden endet. Ansonsten ist auch immer eine Partie Frisbee oder Federball oder einfach nur chillen im Park drin. Gekocht wird ab und an, gegessen recht oft zusammen - sei es leckere Lasagne am Abend oder ein spätes Frühstück am Morgen nach einer durchzechten Nacht. Die Mitbewohner im Haus sind auch ganz angenehm. Ein bisschen Ordnung ist angebracht, aber wir haben keinen ultrastrengen Putzplan.
Your new flat mates will be Richard (26) and Christoph (22). Richard is a Physics student, does a lot of sports – you can cheer for him at American football home games some time – and he always has a (more or less) cool beer at home. He also lives here the longest. Christoph studies engineering and is writing his diploma thesis in Leipzig. He also moved in only a few weeks ago but has already settled in well. :) Both have mostly open doors and therefore also an open ear. We like to spend long nights in the kitchen together drinking Mate, beer or sometimes a cup of hot chocolate. Someone is always in for frisbee or badminton in the park – or just relaxing there. We sometimes cook, but more often simply eat together, for example yummy self-made lasagna or a nice brunch after a party night. The other residents of the house are alright, too. As for cleaning, we are quite relaxed: A bit of tidiness is appropriate, but we don’t follow a severe cleaning roster.
Falls dir das Zimmer mit allem drum und dran zusagt, dann kontaktiere uns und wir machen einen Termin aus, bei dem du uns bei einem Kaffee oder 'nem Sterni kennenlernen kannst. :)
In den 255€ sind jegliche Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ etc.) enhalten.
