Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 10 qm groß und geht, wie alle Zimmer der Wohnung, zur Riebeckstr. raus. Das Zimmer ist relativ schmal und lang geschnitten. Es wird teilmöbiliert übergeben. Bereits vorhanden sind eine kleine Couch, ein Schrank und ein Hochbett, sodass der Raum gut nutzbar ist und sich gemütlich einrichten lässt. Als großen und chilligen Gemeinschaftsraum haben wir die Küche mit einem gemütlichen Sofa. Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein Bad und eine Toilette. Einen Balkon gibt es leider nicht, aber dafür ist der Lene-Park direkt nebenan und in der Küche darf auch geraucht werden.

The room is about 10 square meters in size and, like all rooms in the apartment, faces Riebeckstrasse. The room is relatively narrow and long. It will be handed over partially furnished. There is already a small couch, a wardrobe and a bunk bed, so that the room is easy to use and can be furnished comfortably. We have a large and chilled common room in the kitchen with a cozy sofa. The apartment also has a bathroom and a toilet. Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but the Lene Park is right next door and smoking is allowed in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock eines schönen Altbaus und befindet sich an der Ecke Oststr. / Riebeckstr. Alle Zimmer gehen zur Riebeckstr. raus, die gut befahren ist von Autos und Tram. Die Fenster dichten aber sehr gut ab. Von hier fährt die 60 (Richtung Westen) und die 4 (Stötteritz und Zentrum). Außerdem ist ein Rewe direkt gegenüber, ein Aldi 7 min fußläufig und für faule Tage verschiedene Imbisse und Dönerläden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wenn das Bier nach 22 Uhr leer ist, findet sich gegenüber noch ein Späti. Direkt nebenan ist der Lene-Park. Wie das Zimmer ist er schmal und lang und man fühlt sich dort genauso schnell wohl. Sei es für eine Runde Lesen, spazieren, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Frisbee, Schach, skaten, Boccia, Bouldern, Fußball, Kaffee trinken, schnacken, Inlinern, Rauchen, flunky ball oder was es sonst an schönen Aktivitäten gibt. Ins Zentrum sind es 12 min mit dem Rad, zur Eisi sind es 8 (Ecke Hermann-Liebmann) in den Süden 15 min und man kann gemütlich durch den schönen Osten spazieren.

The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful old building and is located on the corner of Oststr. and Riebeckstr. All rooms face Riebeckstr., which is quite busy with cars and trams. However, the windows seal very well. The 60 (westbound) and the 4 (Stötteritz and center) run from here. There is also a Rewe directly opposite, an Aldi 7 minutes' walk away and, for lazy days, various takeaways and kebab stores in the immediate vicinity. If you run out of beer after 10 pm, there is a Späti opposite. Lene Park is right next door. Like the room, it is narrow and long and you will feel there just as comfortable. Whether it's for reading, walking, table tennis, volleyball, frisbee, chess, skating, boccia, bouldering, soccer, drinking coffee, chatting, inline skating, smoking, flunky ball or whatever other fun activities there are. The center is 12 minutes by bike, the Eisi is 8 (corner Hermann-Liebmann) to the south 15 minutes and you can take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful east.
Gerade wohnen in der WG Christian (24), Philipp (24) und Pedro (26) aus Spanien. Christian schreibt gerade seine Bachelorarbeit in Ethnologie, Philipp studiert im Master Global Studies und Pedro studiert online Psychologie, weswegen er am meisten zuhause ist. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und chillen regelmäßig spontan in der Küche zusammen. Das WG-Leben ist allgemein sehr unkompliziert gestaltet, jeder trägt seinen Teil zum Erhalt der Wohnung bei, einen festen Putz- oder Haushaltsplan gibt es momentan dehalb nicht. Alle Mitbehwohnis sind aber immer offen für Veränderungen und kompromissbereit.
Wir genießen es sehr innerhalb der WG abzuhängen und auch mal Gespräche zu haben, die über Small Talk hinausgehen. Allerdings genießen wir auch alle unseren Freiraum und sind viel unterwegs, gerade während des schönen Leipziger Sommers. Lang geplante Spieleabende wird man bei uns deshalb eher seltener finden, sicherlich aber gemeinsame abendliche Runden am Küchentisch, zusammen mit Freund*innen und Mitbewohnis, bevor es dann zum Feiern etc. wieder hinausgeht.

Christian (24), Philipp (24) and Pedro (28 or so) from Spain are currently living in the WG. Christian is currently writing his bachelor's thesis in ethnology, Philipp is studying for a master's degree in global studies and Pedro is studying psychology online, which is why he's at home most of the time. We all get on really well and regularly chill together spontaneously in the kitchen. Life in the shared flat is generally very uncomplicated, everyone does their bit to maintain the apartment, so there is no fixed cleaning or housekeeping schedule at the moment. However, all the flatmates are always open to change and willing to compromise.
We really enjoy hanging out within the wG and having conversations that go beyond small talk. However, we also all enjoy our free space and are out and about a lot, especially during the beautiful Leipzig summer. That's why you're less likely to find long-planned game nights with us, but you'll certainly find us spending evenings together at the kitchen table with friends and flatmates (e.g. before going out to party).
