// ich und mein Freund verreisen Ende Mai für 7 Wochen und möchten unser liebevoll eingerichtetes und voll möbliertes Zimmer im Leipziger Westen für diese Zeit an eine/einen zuverlässige/n ZwischenmieterInn weitergeben.
// Das Zimmer ist 23 qm groß, mit Dielen und drei großen Fenstern, die alle zum ruhigem Innenhof ausgerichtet sind. Im Zimmer findet man alles, was man zum gemütlichen Wohnen braucht und viel mehr. Ein großer Schreibtisch mit 2 Stühlen, gemütliches 180er Bett und eine Ausziehcouch, sodass das Zimmer auch Platz für mehrere Personen bietet. An die große Wohnküche schließt ein 15 qm großes Balkon mit direktem Zugang zu Innenhof an, der vor allem im Sommer ein tolles Aufenthaltsort bietet. Modern eingerichtetes Bad mit Waschmaschine ist auch dabei.
// Bei Bedarf kann auch Fahrrad mitbenutzt werden :)

Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Brockhausstraße.
In der Nähe findet an alles was man braucht - ALDI, Konsum, Bioladen, Späti und diverse Cafés, Restaurants, inklusive der besten Eisdiele in Leipzig, die direkt vor der Tür liegt.
Die Trams 1 und 2 sind eine bieten eine Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt und bieten eine schnelle Anbindung in die Stadt und direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.
Wer nach Erholung sucht, kommt in 5 Gehminuten in den Clara-Zetkin Park und in den Auenwald. Um die Ecke fließt der Karl-Heine Kanal, der am besten mit einem Kanu zu entdecken ist aber auch ein wunderschönes ruhiges Ambiente für Spaziergänge bietet.
In der nahliegenden Karl-Heine Straße oder Stadteilen Plagwitz und Lindenau befinden sich diverse, subkulturelle Orte des Leipziger Westens (Die Spinnerei, Tapetenwerk, Annalinde Stadtgarten, Schaubühne Lindenfels, Felsenkeller...), die ausreichend Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung bieten.

Du wirst die Wohnung mit Jule (27, Studentin - Kommunikationswissenschaften) und Sonja (29, Lehrerin ) teilen. Sonja und Jule sind bereits eine Weile in Leipzig und offen für alle deine Fragen. Sie helfen dir gerne weiter und versorgen dich mit Tipps, solltest du neu in der Stadt sein.
Wir versuchen respektvoll mit Naturressourcen umzugen, daher ernähren wir uns vegetarisch und versuchen mit wenig Einweg und Plastik auszugehen. Wir inspirieren unsere Gäste gerne, jeder kan bei uns aber so wohnen, iwe er will, ist also kein Muss!

You are going to share the flat with Jule (27, Student) and Sonja (29, teacher). They are living in Leipzig for a while and will be glad to help you out with whatever is necessary in case you're new in town.
We are trying to be respectful with natural resources. Therefore we are vegetarians and try to minimise single-use products and plastic packaging. You as our guest are open to live up own believes or you can let yourself inspire by how we try to handle things. It's all up to you.
