Neue Mitbewohner in Schönfeld gesucht

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig an einer Nebenstraße. Der Mariannenpark ist ca 500m entfernt, 300m bis zum REWE, und normalerweise 250m bis zur Linie 1. Im Moment und wohl noch bis zum Ende des Jahres ist die Grokistraße allerdings noch eine Baustelle, heist, man muss zu Zeit etwa 10 min, ca 800m bis zur Haltestelle Stannebeinplatz laufen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 min am Hauptbahnhof (Andere Mitbewohner meinen allerdings eher 20-25 min, wenn man vernünftig bis gemütlich fährt).

The apartment is located in a calm side street. It's 500m to Mariannenpark, 300m to REWE supermarket, usually 250m to the next Tram stop but that's a sandpit right now, and will remain so until the end of the year, most likely. Next stop, therefore, currently is Stannebinplatz, line 1, approx 800m and 10min on foot. By bike, it's about 20min to the main station, although a maniac may do it in under 15 and sometimes without victims.

Wir sind im Moment drei eher introvertierte Jungs in einer 4er-WG, meistens ruhig, aber immer zu guten Gesprächen über unsere Interessen oder Themen rund um den aktuellen Zustand der Welt bereit. Wir alle haben einen Job (oder ähnliches :-) ) und sind auf keinen Fall eine Party-WG. Wir kochen/backen ab und zu zusammen, trinken ein Bier, spielen Karten und schauen ab und zu Filme an der Wand. Die gemeinsame Sprache ist überwiegend Englisch. Wir haben auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einem Projektor und einen kleinen Garten in der Nähe der Wohnung als Ergänzung. Jan wird uns Ende Juli verlassen, ab da wird die Dynamik wohl auch nochmal etwas aufgemischt.
Was wir wirklich schätzen können, ist eine selbstbewusste und respektvoll kommunikative Person, idealerweise eine friedliche Präsenz, die zur aktuellen Harmonie beiträgt. Im Idealfall suchen wir jemanden für länger der auch Bock auf ein Miteinander hat.

We are a four-person (5 room) shared apartment in Schönefeld with people aged 30-34 and are looking for a third and, soon, a fourth roommate, as Jan will leavy us in July.
We are all rather non-extrovert types, but always up for good conversations over our interests or topics related to the current state of the world. All of us have jobs (or something similar :-) ) and definitely not fans of big parties in the apartment. We cook/ bake together every now and then, drink a beer, play cards and watch movies on the wall from time to time. The shared language is mostly English. We also have a common room with a projector and a near-apartment small garden as an add on.
What we can really appreciate is a self-aware and respectfully communicative person, ideally a peaceful presence that adds to the current harmony. Ideally, we're looking for someone who is interested in being together for a longer period of time.

34, Doktorand am UFZ im... sagen wir, indeterminalen Terminalstadium. Bin in der Freizeit viel im Garten, aber auch am PC. Habe mir in letzter Zeit ein bissl ein Backhobby zugelegt. Ab und zu ne Radtour, gerne mal ein Spieleabend. Aber hauptsächlich der Garten. Wenn ihr bis hierhin gelesen habt, bitte "Gewürzluike" in eure Nachricht packen :-).

I'm more comfortable in English (although I'd often understand you in German). I'm 30 years old, working remotely in the commercial team of a medical AI company. Next to my work, I watch movies, read & write (humanities-related topics), and play music as hobbies. Sometimes in the week, I'd be out of the apartment, staying at my girlfriend's or vice versa. We also have a garden and look for a third person for sharing its toils and joys. I often have my introvert times, but I'm also a fan of meaningful and attentive conversations.
