Hallo, mein Name ist Waki und ich ziehe derzeit aus meiner Wohnung aus und suche daher einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
In der Wohnung leben noch zwei weitere Personen zusammen. Beide studieren im StudienKolleg. Sie sind beide nette Leute und leicht zu reden. Da sie noch jung und energiegeladen sind, haben sie es gewohnt, etwas Musik zu hören und ihr Leben zu genießen.
Ich muss nächsten Monat für meinen neuen Lebensweg umziehen. Ich war Student und habe an der Universität Leipzig studiert und suche daher jemanden, der mein Zimmer nehmen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich in idealer Wohnlage. Penny und Netto sind 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt und weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe vorhanden. Der Hbf ist nur 7 Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist auch ideal für jemanden, der bereit ist, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums zu wohnen. Es ist groß, möbliert und bietet viel Platz, wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchten. Es hat zwei große Fenster und durch die Sie morgens die Sonne genießen können. Sie können jedoch vom Balkon aus die schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt sehen, die sehr schön ist.

Hi, My name is Waki and currently I am moving out of my apartment and therefore looking for a new tenant for my room.
In the apartment, there are two more people living together. They both studying in the StudienKolleg. They both are nice people and easy to talk. Since they are still young and energetic therefore used to listen some music and enjoy their life.
I have to move next month for my new journey in life. I was a student and studied in Leipzig University and therefore looking for someone who can take my room. The apartment is located in ideal residence area. Penny and Netto are 2 minutes away from house and other food shops are also available in the vicinity. While, the Hbf is just 7 minutes away from the Tram station.
The room is also ideal for someone who is willing to live near the city center. It is big, furnished and has plenty of room if you want to bring your own furniture. It has two big windows and through which you can enjoy the sunshine in the morning. However, you can see the beautiful view of city from the balcony which is extremely beautiful.
