Hello there,
My name is Fia,25,german/netherlands and I rent a flat in the east of Leipzig. I really love the flat and i am happy that is has everything what makes me and most of our guests feel comfortable.
Now it finally happening that we are offering Geo’s room to rent from 01.06! Sadly she wants to move out because her very closest friends live in the south of Leipzig and she wants to live more near to them which I totally understand and want to support.
The room is with 15 m2 not very big but not small either.
The rent is 300 € “all in”.
By bike it takes you 12 minutes to get to the main University campus and to the central station.The metro takes 5 minutes more :). In 5 minutes walk distance there is a supermarket called “Rewe” but there are several other opportunities for shopping by taking the Metro a few stops. For example there is a shop that is called “im angebot” that sells fancy food ( for example veggifood) for low prices which I love :) you can find it on the street „Eisenbahnstraße“ which is is a really busy street in the evening or if its good weather. Here you can find foodshops of many different cultures,restaurants and opportunities to go out (bars).
In the other direction there’s nearby the “Stünzer Park”. You can take a walk, read a book in your or my hummock or do some sports :) If you feel like you have or want to get a green thumb, there are also many opportunities to get a small garden for a small rent, where you can find some peace and some gardening work:)
So whom am I looking for?
This is quite ..specific :D
You should be an open,relaxed person with your own interests and be able to reflect alone and together.
Geo and I, we are both people that are willing to share their needs,feelings,impressions and wishes.
Actually for me (Sophia) its also important to have a loose definition of “yours and mine” means I am happy to share almost everything i own but also to use what the other person brings with. So I like to share and like it if my flatmate feels the same way about it.
I like to cook, ride the bike, go dancing to techno,dnb,downtempo,goa or other genres.
I like to read (out loud), sing and dance.And I like thriftshop fashion and sewing.
I enjoy to take care of plants in the apartment and to decorate.
I like colors. I like ideas and games.
You’re invited almost always and i am happy to join you ( spontainiously) to whatever you are interested in :)
I feel comfortable with Nudity - so it shouldnt feel weird for you if i run around naked before showering or changing my clothes.
Aaaand: I am a dominatrix which means my so called „ slaves“,whom are nice and well sorted people, come once in a while to us to get their “treatment” from me. If you have any questions there, please don’t hesitate to ask me!
