Mein Zimmer ist 17qm groß, das Fenster geht zum Garten, so dass es immer angenehm ruhig ist. Die aktuelle Kaltmiete sind 212,57€ und die Nebenkosten 88€ und 10 für Wlan

Stötteritz ist ein Recht ruhiger Stadtteil, aber man kommt sehr schnell ins Zentrum, in die Südvorstadt oder nach connewitz. Am Cospudener See ist man mit dem Rad in einer halben Stunde.
Die nächsten Haltestellen erreicht man zu Fuß in drei Minuten (Breslauer str/ Papiermüllstraße), die S-Bahn ist eine acht Minuten entfernt.
Direkt um die Ecke bist du bei Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann & co. und im Stötteritzer Wäldchen, einem schönen kleinen Park.

Stötteritz is a fairly quiet district, but you can quickly get to the center, to the Südvorstadt or to Connewitz. You can reach Lake Cospuden by bike in half an hour.
The nearest stops can be reached on foot in three minutes (Breslauer Str/ Papiermüllstraße), the S-Bahn is eight minutes away.
You are right around the corner from Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann & co. and in the Stötteritzer Grove, a lovely little park.
Du wirst mit Julius und Mo wohnen, wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte WG, unternehmen gerne Mal was zusammen, backen und kochen ab und an.
Generell einfach viel zusammen rum. Wenn wir Mal Ruhe brauchen, machen wir die Tür einfach zu. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sein.

We are a fairly relaxed flat share, like to do something together, bake and cook from time to time.
Generally just hanging around a lot. Whenever we need some quiet, we just close the door. In any case, we don't just want to be a flat share.
