Dein Zimmer ist 20m² groß und voll möbliert. Hohe Wände mit Stuck und zwei Fenster.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine vorhanden). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ein weiterer Vorzug der Wohnung ist unser wunderschöner Balkon zur Südseite, auf dem man von morgens bis abends die Sonne genießen kann.
Ich biete mein Zimmer nur befristet an, da ich selbst auf Reisen bin.

Your room is 20m² and fully furnished. High walls with stucco and two windows.
There are two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The best thing about our wonderfull home is our beautiful balcony to the south side, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening.
For now, I only offer the room for a limited time because I will be traveling.

Schöne Altbauwohnung im Herzen der Südvorstadt, mitten auf der Karli.
Die Lage ist wohl eine der besten Punkte an der Wohnung. Man hat alles, was man braucht, nicht mehr als 5 min zu Fuß entfernt (Bäcker vor der Haustür, Supermarkt 2 min, Post 2 min, Wäscherei/Näherei 2 min, sowie eine Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants).
Die Linien 10 und 11 fahren direkt vor der Haustür, sowie die Buslinien 60 und 74.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Südvorstadt, in the middle of the KarLi.
The location is probably one of the best things of the apartment. You have everything you need, not more than a 5 minutes walk away (bakery on the doorstep, supermarket 2 min, post office 2 min, laundry / sewing 2 min, as well as many pubs and Restaurants).
Lines 10 and 11 depart just in front of the door, as well as bus lines 60 and 74.
