Hallo,
habe ein helles Zimmer tageweise oder auch wochenweise zu vermieten. Es bietet Platz für maximal 3 Personen. Es ist frei von heute bis 23.Juli.22 und kostet 40€/ Nacht (all inclusive) für 1 Personen, 50€/Nacht für 2 Personen und 60€/Nacht für 3 Personen.
Mindestaufenthalt sind vier Nächte. Ab einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche können wir auch über einen Rabatt sprechen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südvorstadt..
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß.
In der Whg. befindet sich alles was man braucht. (Küche, Waschmaschine, Herd, Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank, Esstisch, Stühle usw. ).
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Es gibt eine große neue Doppel Matratze. Bettzeug, Handtücher und so weiter ist alles vorhanden.
Es gibt eine große gut ausgestattete Küche mit Dachterrasse (ca.8qm) zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach ein bisschen was über euch (wer seid ihr, was macht ihr) und vor Allem für welchen Zeitraum ihr das Zimmer anmieten wollt. Eine Telefonnummer wäre auch super. Ich melde mich so schnell es geht zurück.

i can offer a room for sublease for max 3 persons. The room is free from today until 23.7.22.
The apartment is located in Südvorstadt near the Center.
The room is about 20 square meters and costs 40€/night 1 Person (50€ 2 Pers., 60€ 3Pers.).
Minimum stay 4 nights. If you stay longer than 1 Week it's getting cheaper.
I have everything that is needed for the apartment: (Kitchen, washing machine, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.).
The room is furnished with a big new double mattress , a table with chair and a dresser. There are also bed linen and towels.
Next to the kitchen is a big roof terrace. (8qm)
