Da wir unsere schöne Wohnung zum 01.10. abgeben müssen und ich bereits ab 01.08. ein neues Zimmer habe, suche ich für dieses wirklich schöne, große Zimmer eine zweimonatige Zwischenmiete. Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist, verfügt das Zimmer über einige charmante Details wie bspw. die Bettniesche oder den französischen Balkon. Durch seine bestechende Größe kann man problemlos das Tanzbein schwingen - was will man mehr?
Since we have to give up our beautiful apartment on 01.10. and I already have a new room from 01.08., I am looking for a two-month interim rent for this really beautiful, large room. As you can see on the pictures, the room has some charming details as for example the bed niche or the French balcony. Due to its impressive size, one can easily dance - what more could one want?
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der schönen Südvorstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Karli, direkt am Fockeberg (und damit mein ich auch wirklich nur anderthalb Minuten Fußweg). Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier und trotzdem ist man in 5 Gehminuten im bunten Treiben der Südvorstadt angelangt. Die Haltestelle Richard-Lehmann-Straße / HTWK ist ebenfalls ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und das beste ist: mit dem Radl ist man ein Mal quer durch den Wald in nur 15-20 Minuten am Cossi. Perfekt also, um zwei den Leipziger Sommer in vollsten Zügen zu genießen.
Our apartment is located in the beautiful Südvorstadt in the immediate vicinity of the Karli, directly at the Fockeberg (and by that I really mean only a minute and a half by walking). It is wonderfully quiet here and yet you can reach the colourful hustle and bustle of the Südvorstadt in 5 minutes on foot. The tram stop Richard-Lehmann-Straße / HTWK is also about 5 minutes away and the best thing is: by bike you can get to the Cossi in only 15-20 minutes. So it's perfect for enjoying Leipzig's summer nights.
Wir hatten's schön - aber wie schon gesagt, werden wir die Wohnung zum 01.10. verlassen müssen. Daher sind August / September auch nur noch Wieland (30) und ein Lebemann-Lehrer vor dem Herrn, mit dem es sich bestens Proseccoflaschen killen lässt und Tarek (28) unser immer, freundlicher Koch, dessen Lachen ihn durchs Leben trägt, vor Ort. Graffi, Lena und meine Wenigkeit schauen aber definitv immer mal wieder vorbei. Zu mindest, um die Wohnung für Nachmieter*innen fresh zu machen. Dies ließe sich natürlich ebenfalls mit nem Secco verbinden.
We had it nice - but as I said before, we will have to leave the apartment on 01.10. Therefore only Wieland (30), a bon vivant teacher, with whom it is best to kill Prosecco bottles, and Tarek (28) our always, friendly cook, whose laughter carries him through life, are still there. Graffi, Lena and myself will definitely drop by from time to time. At least to make the apartment fresh for the next tenants. This could of course also be combined with a Secco.
Ich meine Sachen größtenteils mitnehmen. Falls ihr aber was spezielles brauchen solltet, können wir darüber natürlich gerne quatschen. Meldet euch gerne auch wenn ihr nur ein kürzeres Weilchen bleiben wollt. We'll find a solution.
