Hello we are currently looking for someone to sublet my room from 15.August till end of September :) here some important points :
- the only NO go is of course stuff like any kind of xenophobia: racism, homophobia, sexism and so.
- there’s something else also important that i think should be mentioned as well our roomie Tram takes care of Mino ( sweet dog) a few days a week, so it’d be great if the person is not afraid of or allergic to dogs :) and keeping the place clean is crucial as well ;)

We live pretty central to all important things in Leipzig, Karli is walking distance though the Apartment complex is very calm and no noisy.
Your roommates will be Rebecca and Tram the 2 of them are currently studying so they do have different life rhythms but somehow the majority of the time the kitchen or the balcony is the place where cool talks and interaction takes place ;) .
Both of them are really open and caring so if you are also someone looking for some wholesome connection then you will feel just at home for the time being :P
