Gemütliches Zimmer in der Südvorstadt zur Zwischenmiete im September/Oktober frei

Super Lage, sehr zentral! Direkt am Fockeberg und schön ruhig, trotzdem kommt ihr schnell überall hin. Ins Grüne in den Auwald, zum Cospudener See, zum Elsterflutbecken und und und. Alle Stadtteile fix mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und die Öffis sind auch nicht weit weg. Zum Bus sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß und zur nächsten großen Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle (Kurt-Eisner/Karl-Liebknecht-Straße) sind es auch nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Karl-Liebknecht-Straße erreicht ihr auch fix zu Fuß, da gibt's alles, was man so braucht, Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants... Supermärkte sind auch in Fußlaufweite (Lidl, Aldi, Konsum...) 1a Lage also!

Location
Very well situated in Leipzig Südvorstadt. You can easily reach all the other parts of the city by bike or by public transportation. It's a two miuntes walk to the nearest bus stop and five minutes to the closest tram stop (Kurt-Eisner/Karl-Liebknecht-Straße). Also very close is the Karli, the Karl-Liebknecht-Street, where you will finde everything you need: shops, cafes, restaurants... Supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi and Konsum are within walking distance.

Ich wohne mit Marie und ihrer kleinen Tochter Helene zusammen. Sie ist 4 Jahre alt und ein sehr cooles Kind! Das WG-Leben ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Klar ist mal Kinderaction, aber da es mit einem kleinen Kind einen sehr geregelten Tagesablauf gibt, beschränkt sich das auf bestimmte Tageszeiten. Wir sind auf alle Fälle keine Zweck-WG, essen oder kochen gerne mal zusammen und chillen auf dem Balkon, wenn wir Zeit haben. Tür zumachen ist aber auch mal voll ok! Klar ist es nur zur Zwischenmiete, aber wenn ihr Lust habt auf ein bisschen entspanntes WG-Zusammenleben, dann würden sich meine Mitbewohnerinnen freuen :)

Living situation
You will be living with Marie and her little daughter Helene. She's a 4 years old and a very cool kid! Everything is very relaxed and easy. Of course little kids can be loud but since Marie and Helene have a daily routine it's only during certain times of the day. And it's (almost) always fun to have a kid around! Our living together is not only for economic reasons or, we sometimes like to eat together or just to relax and chill on our nice balcony. If you need some peace and quite it's also ok to close your door from time to time ;)
