Ich werde zwei Monate lang in Frankreich arbeiten und mein Zimmer ist daher vom 8. Juli bis entweder 3. September oder Ende September frei. Ich werde in den nächsten Tagen wissen.
Das Zimmer ist 25 qm groß und sehr hellden ganzen Tag
Alle Möbeln bleiben, aber ich werde viele meiner Sachen rausholen. Platz für deine Sachen gibts dann auf jeden Fall!
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 330m2 groß. Das heißt es gibt mehr als genügend Platz für alle Bewohner*innen. Die Küche ist ein riesiger Gemeinschaftsraum und wir haben eine sehr gemütliche Couch-Ecke, wo wir abends chillen. Von dort kommt man durch die Flügeltüren in den langen Flur und zu den Badezimmern (Wir haben 2 Badezimmer).
Außerdem haben wir einen wunderschönen großen Balkon mit Steinsäulen, Blumen und Palettensofa.

I will be working in France for two months (or more) and my room is therefore free from July 8th until either September 3rd or the end of September. I will know in the next few days.
The room is 25 square meters and very bright all day long
All the furniture will stay, but I will take out many of my things. There will definitely be room for your things!
The apartment is 330m2 in total. That means there is more than enough space for all residents. The kitchen is a huge common room and we have a very cozy couch corner where we chill out in the evenings. From there, the double doors lead to the long corridor and the bathrooms (we have 2 bathrooms).
We also have a beautiful large balcony with stone pillars, flowers and a pallet sofa.
Die Wohnung ist 7 Minuten Fußweg von der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße und der Tram-Haltestelle entfernt und 3 Minuten von den Bushaltestellen der Linien 60, 74 und 89. Man kommt von hier aus gut in alle Teile der Stadt.
Mit dem Rad braucht es nur 10 Minuten zur Uni/Stadtzentrum.
Das Haus ist ein sanierter Altbau, ein sehr imposantes Gebäude und vor allem: 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Kanal und Clara Zetkin Park. Wie sind auch sehr nah an Cospundner See. Perfekt für den Sommer !

The apartment is a 7-minute walk from Karl-Liebknecht-Straße and the streetcar stop and 3 minutes from the bus stops for lines 60, 74 and 89. You can easily get to all parts of the city from here.
It only takes 10 minutes by bike to the university/city center.
The house is a renovated old building, a very impressive building and above all: 5 minutes walk from the canal and Clara Zetkin Park. We are also very close to Cospundner See. Perfect for the summer!
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnis für den Sommer sind Anne, Lou, Geo, Vivi & Seifana (sie/ihr); Chris, Danny & Mauro (er/ihm). Dazu kommt noch Vivis Hündin Lia. Sie bellt und haart manchmal, liegt aber ansonsten meist brav auf der Couch und schlummert.
Wir haben teils gleiche und auch unterschiedliche Interessen aber über grundlegende politischen Ansichten und Werte sind wir uns dennoch einig. Du solltest Eigenverantwortung übernehmen können, ordentlich, sozial & tolerant sein. Bestenfalls magst du Hundis und hast lust auf ein familiäres zusammenleben.

Your future flatmates are Anne, Lou, Geo, Vivi & Seifana (she/they); Chris, Danny & Mauro (he/him). There is also Vivi's dog Lia. She barks and sometimes sheds, but otherwise usually lies on the couch and naps. We have some similar and some different interests, but we agree on basic political views and values. You should be able to take personal responsibility, be tidy, social & tolerant. At best, you like dogs and enjoy living together as a family.
