The room available is 18 m2 big, facing the street and therefore very sunny. From the pictures it is the one with the sofa, but it will be without furnitures so you can make it your own.
Apart from the room, you can see in the pics the kitchen, which is quite big and has an amazing oven for baking cakes and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is also relativ big and there is another guest bathroom, so there won't be any queueing to get ready for work.
The apartment us very well located in the Körnerstrasse. It is less than 5 min by foot from the tram station Südplatz for the Trams 11 and 10. Despite the many bars and restaurants in the Karli, the street of the apartment is very quiet and chilled. The HTWK and the Uniklinik are 10 min away with the bike. Same for the city centre.
I am looking for creating a WG in which there is a balance between doing things together, but with the option of having some time alone if needed. My ideal WG would have some cooking together, watching some series, chatting nonsense with a bottle a wine, while keeping the apartment clean and tidy.
I am looking for someone around, who is not looking for an apartment for their own and to be all the time in their room. But to share it and share the experience. Of course, I need my privacy and respect others privacy, but it is important that we both feel like we have a home to come to.
The moving-in date is orientative. Moving earlier in November or later is also a possibility.
