Schöne Altbauwohnung am Fockeberg mit entspanntem Mitbewohner sucht Neubesetzung. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert und liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Das Zimmer ist 26m² groß, teilweise möbliert (Schrank, Bett) und hat eine helle Loggia (z.B. für Homeoffice). Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer auch möbliert gemietet werden. Das geräumige WZ eignet sich für gemütliche Abende mit Freunden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine kann auch mitgenutzt werden. Keller, Fahrradkeller und Garten stehen ebenfalls zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Vom kleinen Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Es gibt kurze Wege ins Grüne, ins Zentrum oder zu Kultur und Nachtleben. Die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge oder Ausflüge mit dem Rad.
Komm vorbei und lass dich überzeugen, dass diese gut ausgestattete 2er-WG mit entspannter Gesellschaft und in bester Lage den Preis wert ist.
The room is quiet and has a beautiful loggia that can be used as a small office or something similiar. A large cupboard can be taken over if required. The rest of the flat is furnished. In the center is a spacious and sunny living room with parquet and a big couch for cosy evenings with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine. In the basement is a lot of space available. On the small balcony we can have a drink and enjoy the view at the Fockeberg and surrounding forest. In my opinion the location and the high standard of the flat is worth the price.

Die Südvorstadt ist eine der begehrtesten Lagen in Leipzig für junge Leute, aufgrund der kurzen Wege zum Wald (vor der Tür), ins Zentrum (15min mit dem Rad) sowie zu Kultur und Nachtleben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und ist ideal für Spaziergänge z.B. zur Karli oder um mit dem Rad einen Ausflug zu den Seen im Süden zu machen. Durch die B2 ist die Autobahnanbindung auch top und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.
The Südvorstadt is one of the best spots in Leipzig for getting into the vibe of the town. It's perfect for walks along the Karli (Shopping, Bars, etc.) or cycling to the lakes and also has a good connection to the autobahn.
