Das Zimmer ist ganz groß und bequem. Es ist möbliert und darin befinden sich 1 Doppelbett, 1 Stuhl, 1 Bürostuhl, 2 Tische, 1 Kommode, 1 ein neues Bücherregal, 1 Kleiderständer und 5 Pflanzen. Es hat einen Balkon, welche einen Tisch und einen Wäschetrockner hat.
Wichtig: Rauchen im Zimmer ist nicht erlaubt, sondern auf dem Balkon. Wir suchen jemand, der auch von August 2023 bis Juni 2024 bleiben.
The bedroom is big und comfy. It's furnished with 1 double bed, 1 chair, 1 office chair, 2 tables, 1 chest of drawers, 1 bookcase, 1 coat stand and 5 plants. It has a private balcony, which has 1 table and 1clothes airer.
Important: it is not allowed to smoke in the bedroom, but outside. We are looking for someone who can stay also from August 2023 to June 2024.
Unsere WG ist super gelegen und sowohl nach Connewitz als auch in die Innenstadt oder Lindenau ist es nicht weit. Es gibt nicht nur Aldi und Konsum in der Nähe, sondern auch Netto und Rewe. Der Späti ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Auch vorn vorhanden ist die Haltestelle ,,Steinplatz " mit verfügbar Anschluss: 10, 11, 11e, N9, N10
Bus 70 (Richard-Lehmann-Strasse)
Mit dem Rad bist du schnell im Auwald/Cossi (See) und auch zum Clarapark ist es nicht weit (10 bis 20 Min).
Ein Extra: gegenüber des Haus liegt der Steinplatz, ein perfekter Ort um einen Picknick zu machen.
Our flat is in a great location and it's not far to Connewitz, the city center or Lindenau.There are several supermarkets close to the flat: Aldi, Konsum, Netto and Rewe.
Just two minutes away you will find the stop "Steinplatz" with some connections:

With the bike you can go straight into the Woods/Cossi (Lake) and also the Clara Zetkin park is not far away (10 -20 min).
Extra: opposite to the house is the stone square, a perfect place to have a picnic.
In der WG wohnen Tanvi (23), Sophie (25) und Aurelia (24). Sophie ist neue in der Wohnung. Tanvi studiert Sustainable Development. Aurelia studiert Lehreramt in Spanish und Biologie. Wir sind eine WG mit ,,Open Doors" also wir sind sehr locker und unkompliziert. Mittlerweile sind wir gute Freunde und unternehmen sehr oft etwas zusammen, z.B. kochen, trinken (HAHA).
Gesprochen wird hier Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch je nach Lust und Laune. Ansonsten hat bei uns jeder seine Freiheiten, Zeit für sich alleine ist jedem vergönnt. Solltest du genug vom Alleinsein haben, stehen dir unsere Türen immer offen, genauso wie deinem Besuch.
Es existiert ein Putzplan ;)
Tanvi (23), Sophie (25) and Aurelia (24) live in the shared apartment. Tanvi is studying Sustainable Development. Aurelia is studying to be a teacher in Spanish and biology. We are a shared flat with "Open Doors", so we are very relaxed and uncomplicated. We are now good friends and often do something together, e.g. cooking, drinking (HAHA).
German, Spanish and English are spoken here, depending on your mood. Otherwise, everyone has their freedom with us, everyone is granted time for themselves. Should you have enough of being alone, our doors are always open to you, as well as your visit.
There is a cleaning plan;)
Wir freuen uns über jemanden, der zwei Jahren bleiben (also August 2022-Juni 2023/August 2023-Juni 2024). Gerne offene Menschen mit Eigeninitiative und Lust auf Gesellschaft.
