Ich vermiete mein Zimmer noch etwas weiter, da ich aktuell noch etwas in der Weltgeschichte unterwegs bin.
Daniel, der mein Zimmer zur Zeit bewohnt, zieht Mitte Ende Dezember aus.
Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig, es gibt jedoch kein Bettgestell sondern nur eine Matraze auf dem Boden.
Das sollte also für dich kein Problem.
Es ist auch Platz für weitere Sachen, falls du mehr mitbringen möchtest :)

Die Wohnung ist in der nähe vom Bayrischen Bahnhof und gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In allen Himmelsrichtung kann man Dinge zwischen 10-20 Minuten bequem erreichen.
Zum Clarapark und Elsterkanal sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
There is everything you might need available in short distance. Karl-Liebknecht-straße is 2 minutes by feet. Parks and the canal is just a few minutes by bicycle, the citycentre is 10 minutes by tram oder s-bahn.
Du wohnst mit Chris und Matze zusammen, zwei entspannte Charaktere ... Chris studiert noch, Matze ist in der Lohnarbeit.
In der Küche kann man sich zum Kochen begegnen oder ein Kaltgetränk am Abend verkonsumieren. Ansonsten hat jeder prinzipell sein Essensfach im Kühlschrank, Gebrauchssachen kauft jeder immer mal nach, dafür gibt es keinen festen Plan. Prinzipiell können die Dinge besprochen werden. Das selbe gibt für den Putzplan, yuhuuuu. Es nicht immer pieksauber, aber auch das kann sicher besprochen werden, wenn es dir am Herzen liegt.
