Zimmer in 2er WG mit Balkon in Südvorstadt 🇫🇷☕🇪🇺🍪🇩🇪🌍

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, mitten in der begehrten Südvorstadt. Von hier aus kommst du mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß innerhalb von wenigen Minuten fast überall hin, egal ob du für die Uni ins Zentrum musst, zur HTWK, auf der Karli ein Bier trinken oder essen holen willst.
Zum Clara-Park ist es auch nicht weit und von den meisten Clubs kann man nachts auch heimlaufen, wenn diese wieder aufmachen.
Fast unmittelbar vor der Haustür befindet sich außerdem die Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle Körnerstraße oder 5 Gehminuten entfernt die Haltestelle Südplatz. Dadurch hast du unmittelbaren Zugang zu den Straßenbahnlinien 9, 10, 11. Außerdem ist die S-Bahnstation Bayrischer Bahnhof nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, wodurch auch Halle schnell erreicht werden kann.

The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of the coveted southern suburb. From here you can get almost anywhere by bike or on foot within a few minutes, regardless of whether you have to go to the center for the university, to the HTWK, or want to have a beer or eat at the Karli.
It's also not far to Clara Park and you can walk home from most clubs at night when they open again.
The Körnerstraße bus and tram stop is almost directly in front of the front door, or the Südplatz stop is a 5-minute walk away. This gives you direct access to tram lines 9, 10 and 11. In addition, the S-Bahn station Bayrischer Bahnhof is only about a 10-minute walk away, which means that Halle can also be reached quickly.

Ich bin Maxime, 30 Jahre alt, Doktorand in Biowissenschaften im (hoffentlich) letzten Jahr meiner Promotion.
Ich komme ursprünglich aus Frankreich, lebe aber seit 2018 in Deutschland und spreche Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch :)

In meiner Freizeit gehe ich sehr gerne klettern, laufen oder biken, noch mehr, wenn Freunde mitkommen.
Ich würde mich als „Social Cook“ bezeichnen: Ich liebe es, mit anderen Menschen zu kochen. Meine Spezialitäten sind Quiche und Hachis Parmentier, aber lassen Sie mich Sie mit den Geheimnissen der französischen Küche überraschen! Ich habe schon in vielen WGs in ganz Europa gelebt, daher teile ich immer gerne schöne Momente mit meinen Mitbewohnern, bei einem guten Essen, einem Bier, einem leckeren Kaffee oder einem Brettspiel.

Wenn ich nicht in Leipzig bin, besuche ich oft meine Freundin in Thüringen, oder Sie kommt zu Besuch nach Leipzig.

I'm Maxime, 30 years old, Doctoral researcher in the (hopefully) last year of my PhD.
I'm originally from France, but have been living in Germany since 2018, and can speak French, English, and German :)

In my free time, I really enjoy going climbing, running, or biking, even more when friends come and join.

I would describe myself as a "social cook": I love to cook with other people. My specialties are quiche and hachis parmentier, but le me surprise you with the secrets of french cuisine ! I've lived in many WG before around Europe, so I always like to share a nice moment with my flatmate(s), around a nice meal, a beer, a lecker coffee, or a boardgame

When I'm not in Leipzig, I often find myself visiting my partner in Thuringen, if she's not the one coming to see me in Leipzig.

Wir haben ein eigenes Kellerabteil und zum Haus gehört ein Fahrradunterstand. Je nach Verfügbarkeit lässt sich ein Stellplatz im Innenhof anmieten. Prinzipiell ist die Parkplatzsituation hier aber auch an der Bordsteinkante sehr gut.
Dein Zimmer wird leer, aber auf Wunsch können auch das Sofa, der Stuhl und der Schreibtisch gegen eine geringe Gebühr übernommen werden.

Also wenn du Lust auf einen Plausch hast und dir die WG anschaust, schick mir einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Zeilen zu deiner Person und füge irgendwo in deiner Nachricht das Wort „Alpaka“ hinzu, damit wir einen Termin/Besuch planen können 😊

We have our own basement and the apparment complex has a bicycle shelter.
Should you have a car, a parking space in the inner courtyard could be rented, however, it's also really easy to find a spot to park around the block.
Your room will be empty, but on request, the sofa, the chair and the desk can also be transferred for a small fee.
