Zwischenmiete in 2er WG

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südvorstadt und mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten bei der HTWK, der Uni oder in der Innenstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants etc.

Du würdest in der WG zusammen mit Lara wohnen. Sie ist 24 und arbeitet seit März in Leipzig. Da sie auch erst ab Juli in die WG zieht, kann ich leider noch nicht viel über sie erzählen. Den folgenden Text hatte sie mir geschrieben:
Ich wohne derzeit in Dresden in einer WG und bin dementsprechend auch mit typischen WG-Regeln bekannt und habe damit kein Problem (: Nach der Arbeit bin ich meistens noch aktiv und unterwegs beim Sport, mit Freunden oder manchmal auch beim bummeln.
Ansonsten bin ich unkompliziert was Sauberkeit angeht... Es ist mir wichtig aber ich würde mich nicht über Kleinigkeiten aufregen, ich koche gern (meist für eine Großfamilie von der Menge her) und versuche einige neue Sachen auszuprobieren zum Beispiel Bouldern oder Volleyball (:

PS: Wenn du eine Woche früher oder später ein oder ausziehen möchtest, bekommen wir das bestimmt auch hin.

Hi, as I am studying abroad for a semester, I would like to rent out my room between 8.8.2022 and 31.3.2023. The room is about 16m2 and has two north-facing windows. The furniture will stay in the room during this time, so you will already have a desk with a chair, a 1.40m bed, a shelf and a clothes rail.
Our flat is located on the first floor and has of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a hallway. We also have a small storage room in the hallway and a cellar compartment.


The flat is located in Südvorstadt and by bike or train you can reach the HTWK, the university or the city centre in a few minutes. There are numerous shopping facilities, bars, restaurants, etc. in the direct vicinity.

You would live in the shared flat with Lara. She is 24 and has been working in Leipzig since March. Since she won't be moving into the flat-share until July, I unfortunately can't tell you much about her yet. She wrote me the following text:
I'm currently living in a shared flat in Dresden and am accordingly familiar with typical wg rules and have no problem with them (: After work I am usually still active and out and about doing sports, with friends or sometimes strolling.
Otherwise, I am uncomplicated when it comes to cleanliness... It's important to me but I wouldn't get upset about little things, I like to cook (mostly for a large family in terms of quantity) and try some new things for example bouldering or volleyball (:
