Dein Zimmer ist hell, gut geschnitten und mit Laminat ausgelegt. Es verfügt über zwei Fenster zur Straße gelegen, ist aber auch nachts angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet (mit Schrank und Regalen, auf Wunsch mit Schreibtisch). Wenn du alle Möbel selbst mitbringen möchtest, findet sich aber auch dafür eine Lösung.

Your bedroom has large windows, is therefore quite light-flooded and faces the street. Though it's a lively area, the room is still really quiet. The room will be partly furnitured with a cupboard, a desk and two shelves but can be emptied if necessary.
Die Lage in der Südvorstadt ist ideal. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt von Karl-Liebknecht-Straße und Südplatz ist alles direkt um die Ecke, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden an drei Tramlinien und mehrere Busse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und Ärzte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The flat is located south of the city centre and only a a few minutes away from one of Leipzig's most bustling streets. From supermarkets to bars, restaurants and doctors there's everything almost around the corner as well as a lot of public transport options to get around the city easily.
In der Wohnung lebe ich aktuell mit meinem Hund Winston, einem Greyhoundmischling. Winston darf auf die Couch und chillt tagsüber im Wohnzimmer, auch wenn ich zur Arbeit gehe - mit (großen) Hunden solltest du also keine Probleme haben. :) Er liebt Streicheleinheiten - ist aber nicht aufdringlich.
Ich selbst arbeite viel und bin auch ansonsten des Öfteren unterwegs. Ich freu mich aber, wenn wir uns ab und an mal auf einen Wein treffen oder gemeinsam kochen. Da ich sehr eingespannt bin, würde ich es trotzdem eher als Zweck-WG bezeichnen - mit der Option Zeit zusammen zu verbringen, wenn das für uns beide passt.
Das Zimmer wird nur für drei Monate vermietet, da ich selbst derzeit nach einer neuen, kleineren Bleibe suche. Damit ist das Zimmer ideal für Menschen, die neu nach Leipzig kommen oder nur auf Zeit bleiben möchten.

I share my flat with my greyhound mix Winston. He loves to chill on the couch and does this while I'm at work or out with friends, too. You should therefore be at least okay with dogs - or better: give him scritches if you'd like to.
I'm rarely home, but would still enjoy a glass of wine from time to time. Nonetheless the shared flat won't be a typical "WG".
The room is only available for three months as I'm looking for a smaller flat for myself at the moment. This being said, it's quite the ideal location to get to explore the city. In case you're looking for a shorter stay, don't hesitate to get in touch. I'd also rent out the room (with a mattress) for two months or even shorter.
Weil das Zimmer nur befristet vermietet wird, ist das Angebot ideal für Menschen, die selbst "auf der Durchreise" sind oder noch nicht das Passende gefunden haben.
