Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat dank des Minierkers einige Fenster und ist daher recht lichtdurchflutet. Ansonsten Platz für deine Ideen.
Wenn unmöbliert so gar nicht für dich funktioniert und es daran scheitert, finden wir sicher auch eine Lösung zumindest ein Bett bereit zu stellen.
Es gibt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, welches aber noch hier und da noch ein paar Upgrades vertragen könnte und etwas ausgestaltet werden kann.
Your future room has due to a little oriel many windows and is light-flooded. The rest is up to you.
If it really doesn't work out for you unfurnished, we might find a solution to at least organize a bed.
There is a huge living room, which has still some space left for your arrangement ideas.
Concerning the contract it would be a subletting contract to avoid that the rent is rising.
The sofa and the little cupboard you can also use if you like. The mattress is unfortunately not available.
ÖPNV: gut zu erreichen, die Straßenbahnlinie 9 fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5min zumSteinplatz). Zur 10 und 11 sind ca. 7 min. Auch die Buslinie 70 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zur S-Bahn Station MDR kann man auch in 5min hinradeln.
Supermärkte & so: Aldi 5min, Späti 2min. Lidl und Rewe mit Fahrrad auch flott zu erreichen.
Ansonsten so ziemlich zwischen SüVo und Connewitz, kurze Wege in alle Himmelsrichtungen und man ist auch flott an der Uni, Bib,HGB, HMT; die HTWK ist super nah :)
Public transport is super close. 2min to the 9 or the bus 70, 7min to 10 or 11 and the station MDR is just 10 min walk far away. The HTWK is super close, but also the university, library, HGB, HMT are quickly reachable. :)
Supermarkets: Aldi (5min), Späti (3min), Lidl and Rewe also close by bike
In general the flat is between Südvorstadt and Connwitz and very central, so that you have short ways in all directions, especially by bike and if you don't have to travel too often to the North of Leipzig. :)

ich bin Maria (sie/ihr, 29) und freue mich auf eine gemütliche WG mit großem Wohnzimmer.
Ich lese gerne (leider zu wenig Romane&Lyrik derzeit, sondern viel Ausbildungsshizzle), spiele gerne Tischtennis (zur Zeit leider zu wenig), helfe immer mal in einem kleinen Theater aus, engagiere mich etwas bei einem Technoclub und bin auch sonst viel auf verschiedenen Vorträgen zu psychoanalytischen, soziologischen und politischen Themen oder einfach nur in Eckkneipen unterwegs.
Seit einiger Zeit probiere ich mich auch etwas im Kampfsport aus. Weitere short facts: Sibylle Berg-Fan, lost in dark & new Wave und rotzigem Rotzgörenelectroo, Allen Ginsberg-Gedichte& Eichhörnchen find ich auch klasse.
Beruflich bin auch recht eingespannt, daher Zuhause, wenn ich mal da bin schon auch eher im gemütlichen Modus oder gerne zusammen mal lecker Abendessen (vegan:) oder Sektchen zu schlürfen. Derzeit aber nicht so viel Zuhause, also wirklich wenig unter der Woche, da ich viel pendel. Mir ist wichtig das vorher zu kommunizieren, damit keine falschen Erwartungen ans WG-Leben entstehen.
Und bevor, ich ewig viel erzähle, würde ich mich freuen einen Kaffee oder Tee mit dir trinken zu können.
Ich versuche so schnell wie möglich zu antworten, bin aber dieser Tage auch viel auf Achse. Gespannt von dir zu hören!

I am Maria (she/her, 29).
My hobbies (if I would have enough timeee) are reading (currently much psychoanalytic stuff, but also poetry&novels) or enjoying rare spare time with friends diverse subcultural contexts or just in the parc next door in the sun. Sometimes I am working in a little theatre and a techno club. Apart from that, I like to join political, psychoanalytical and sociological lectures or just hang out at the next pub. Recently, I also started to try out a bit Muay Thai. Short facts: Sibylle Berg Fan, Dark Wave, cheeky Electro, Allen Ginsberg poems and I like squirrels.
Unfortunately, I am in the week usually very busy with working and classes, so I am happy to hang out at home and relax, if I am there or have a chilled vegan dinner together, as u prefer or a glass of wine. Unfortunately I am not too much at home in the moment due to commuting to work, so you might often have the flat for yourself under the week. Just important for me to communicate this in advance in order to avoid being disappointed about not so super bubbly, close WG-life.

Zum Thema Zwischenmiete: Ab Juli, Dauer aber flexibel, gerne min. 6 Monate bis ca. 9/10/12 Monate, aber da können wir drüber reden, das ist noch offen und schauen, was für beide Seiten gut passt.
Ich weiß, die Miete ist relativ hoch für so ein kleines Zimmer für Leipziger Verhältnisse, aber dadurch, dass wir uns das Wohnzimmer teilen, würden hat Mensch schon wieder mehr Platz. Aber durch dieses zusätzliche Zimmer ist halt auch etwas teuerer.
Achja, und besonderes Augenmerk für einen positiven Abschluss noch, auf die schnuckelige, kleine Logia, die man auf dem Küchenfoto schon erahnen kann und wo es sich auch gemütlich sitzen lässt.
Bei WG-Gesucht gibt es leider nicht FLINTA* zur Auswahl, daher ist hier nur Frau angegeben.
Concerning the subletting thing: Start from July, minimum 6 months up to 9/10 months, let's see, what fits best for you.
I know, the rent is quite high so such a small-sozed room, especially in Leipzig, but that's due to the additional living room, we would share.
Maybe you have spotted the little logia on one of the photos of the kitchen, also a quite chilled spot to hang out. :)
Due to the fact that you can't choose FLINTA* here, I could just put there looking for women, sorry for that.
