ich suche für mein jetziges Zimmer eine Person für die Nachmiete ab 1.11/15.11.2022 :)
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster wie ihr seht und ist 18qm groß. Also super viel Platz um entspannt zu wohnen. Außerdem gibts noch Wohnzimmer, welches jeder natürlich nutzen darf.
Die Wohnung befindet sich einer ruhigen Nebenstraße zur Karli. Es ist alles in kurzer Distanz zu erreichen wie zum Beispiel brauch man nur 5 min zum Netto. Auf der Karli gibts verschiedenste Bars, gute Anbindung um in den Osten/ Westen oder ins Zentrum zu fahren. Mit dem Rad bin ich auch entspannte 30 Minuten zum Cossi gefahren
Du würdest mit Stan zusammen wohnen. Kurze Beschreibung von ihm über sich selbst:
Ich heiße Stan, bin 25 Jahre und studiere Lehramt für Geschichte und Sport. Nebenbei jobbe ich noch im Rettungsdienst. Meine Hobbies sind Schlagzeug spielen, Klettern und allgemein Sport.
Mir ist wichtig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat, falls nötig, aber bin auch immer dabei irgendwas zu starten oder zu kochen oder oder oder :D
