Hello, a room in our shared flat will be available soon from 01.07. 2023 to 31.08.2023 (but we can talk about it and find a good option for everyone). The room is about 19m², north-facing and with a private balcony. I will leave all the furniture behind as it will be a short period of time. There is a great view of Steinplatz square right next door. Since the flat is an old building, the room has a very high ceiling and parquet flooring.
Our apartment consists of 4 rooms, 2 green balconies, a daylight bathroom with shower bath, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen.
The flat is centrally located, Connewitz, the city center and other districts are not far. Public transport is right out the door (Steinplatz, HTWK or MDR S-Bahn) and a Späti is also just around the corner. You don't have to worry about your bike either, simply park it in the backyard (locked) or in the basement. There are several shops nearby (Konsum, Aldi, bakery, ...). By bike, you can get to the Auwald/Cossi (lake) very quickly and it's also not far from the Clarapark (10 to 20 minutes).
Carlota, Joana and Sophie live with you.
Carlota studied biology and is currently working at the MPU. She is a warm person who is open to all kinds of activities. Sophie works as a project assistant in a consulting company and is also finishing her degree in tourism management. She likes to spend time with friends, does a lot of things and also loves to have time for herself, she regularly goes to boxing fitness together. Joana is moving in this June, she is finishing her master in computer science in media, she loves plants, all kinds of sport and knitting. We speak mainly English with each other.
Our flat-sharing life is very relaxed and uncomplicated. But we are absolutely not a functional flat-sharing community! In the meantime, we have become good friends and when it suits us, we like to do things together, e.g. cook, go on walks together, do sports, drink coffee, paint/draw/create, etc.. On the weekend, we also like to go to odd parties and drink wine together.
The languages spoken here are German, Spanish and English, depending on your mood, but for the most we are speaking english. It would be great if that's also not a problem for you. Otherwise, everyone has their own freedom and time to themselves is granted. If you get tired of being alone, our doors are always open to you, as well as to your visitors. In general, we are big friends of order and cleanliness in the flat and would find it great if this would not be a problem for you.
If you already have flat-sharing experience, are older than 23 years, are in a similar life situation (middle/end of studies or working) as we are, are open-minded and generally want to live in a communal flat-sharing community, then get in touch!
