Schönes Altbauzimmer mit hohen Decken.
Komplett frisch geweißt.
Mit Holzfußboden.
Nachts kann man mit offenem Fenster ruhig schlafen, da es zur Arndtstraße ausgerichtet ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Café Maitre direkt an der Karli. Dennoch ist es im Zimmer ruhig und es ist gut möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. :)
Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist der Südplatz (3min zu Fuß)
In der Nähe gibts einen Aldi, Netto und viele gute Restaurants.
In der WG wohnen Chris und Robert. Beide arbeiten tagsüber und sind abends immer gerne bei einem Schwätzchen dabei, radeln gerne um die Seen und freuen sich über nette Mitbewohner/innen.
Das Zimmer ist schon bezugsfertig, da die Bewerberin leider kurzfristig abgesprungen ist. Es kann daher sofort bezogen werden.
