4 Zimmer in gemeinschaftlicher 6er WG

Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle zu den Linien 7 und 8 ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Straßenbahn 3 ist in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar (Torgauer Platz). Zudem gibt es die Regiobahn-Haltestelle Sellershausen-Stünz, die nur 5 min. entfernt ist.

In unserem Haus wohnen WGs und Familien. Wir haben einen großen Hinterhof mit (perspektivischem) Garten und im Anschluss an unseren Garten entsteht gerade Schönerhausen, ein großes Hausprojekt.

Uns ist ein gemeinschaftliches, familiäres Zusammenleben wichtig, Unterstützung und ein offenes Ohr füreinander. Wir möchten gerne gemeinsame Zeit gestalten und verbringen – am See, tanzend, durch den Park spazierend, Aufstriche machend, diskutierend etc. Allerdings müssen wir ehrlich sagen, dass wir beide auch ziemlich viel unterwegs sind. Wir sind sehr offen dafür, mit Kindern zusammen zu leben. Auch gerne mit alleinerziehenden Personen! Wir zwei ernähren uns vegan und wir haben uns bisher mit der ganzen WG alle Kosten für Essen geteilt.
Wir beide sind Mitte zwanzig, studieren und engagieren uns politisch.
Wir legen Wert auf ein (queer-)feministisches, rassismuskritisches, pro-homo Welt-/Gesellschafts-/Selbstverständnis.

Zu der Abstandszahlung: Da unsere jetzigen Mitbewohner*innen erst vor einem halben Jahr die meisten Sachen die jetzt in der Wohnung sind, gekauft haben, müssen wir eine Abstandszahlung zahlen und zudem ein paar Sachen neu anschaffen... Fühlt sich ein bisschen so an wie eine WG Neugründung :)

We are looking for new flat mates, since the current ones are going to move. We're living in a 7-room flat in Volkmarsdorf.
It's important to us to live in a group with sense of community und solidarity where we care about each other.
We want to spend time with the WG: at the lake, dancing, going for a walk, discussing or cooking.
But we also have to admit that we both are kind of busy.
We are open to live with kids (also as a single parent!) and we are eating vegan.
In our WG now we share all cost for food and would like to continue doing that.

We both are in our mid-twenties, studying and politically activ.
A (queer-)feminist, anti-racist, pro-homo perspective/view is important to us.

So far we shared the apartment with a family (2 kids, 2 grown-ups). It has 2 floors with a big kitchen for all. Both floors have a bathroom with window and bathtub. The first floor has 3 rooms (one is used as dining room), the second floor has 4 rooms, one with balcony. The rooms are between 14 and 18 m² and thus the costs differ a bit.

In the house are mostly living WGs and families. We have a big yard that is supposed to turn into a garden. We're sharing the yard with Schönerhausen, a huge house project which is still in the making.

And one thing about the costs: we will have to pay once ca. 300€ each as our former flatmates have bought nearly everything there is in the common rooms of the flat right now...

Nous cherchons des nouvelles/nouveaux colocatrices/taires porque les ancien(ne)s quittent Leipzig. Nous vivons dans un appartement de 7 pièces. Nous aimeront bien creer une colocation caracterisée par une communauté et del appui mutuel. Nous voulons passer temps en commun - à côté du lac, dansant, dans le parc, faisant la cuisine, en discutant. Mais pour être honnête, nous deux sommes assez occupées dans nôtre vie quotidienne. Nous sommes très ouvertes à l'idée de vivre avec des enfants, aussi avec des parents uniques. Nous mangeons vegan et jusqu'à maintenant nous avons partagés tous les coûts des repas. Nous sommes étudiantes et nous engagons politiquement.

Nous accordons grande valeur à une perspective du monde ou de la société (queer-)feministe, anti-raciste, pro-homo.

Jusqu'à maintenant nous avons vecus ici avec une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants. Il y a deux étages avec une grande cuisine. Les deux étages ont chacune une salle de bain avec fenêtre et baignoire. La première étage a trois chambres (desquelles une est utilisées comme salle à manger), la deuxième a quatre chambres, une d'elles avec un balcon (toutes les chambres sont entre 14 et 18m² et coûtes un peu plus ou moins des 230€ qu'on a mis la-haut).

Dans la maison, il y a surtout des familles et colocations. Nous avons un grand arrière-court qui est supposé de devenir un jardin et qu'on partage avec Schönerhausen, un grand projet de vie commune.

et une autre chose pour les costes: on va devoir payer une fois 300€ chacun/e parce que presque toutes les choses dans la maison sont des ancien/nes colocatrices.

Buscamos companyerxs de piso para nuestro piso de 7 habitaciónes en Volkmarsdorf porque nuestrxs companyerxs actuales se van de Leipzig. Nos importa mucho una vide de piso convivial con apoyo mutuo. Queremos pasar tiempo en comun - al lago, bailando, en el parque, cocinando, discutiendo, etc. Pero la verdad es que también muchas veces somos bastante ocupadas en el quotidiano. Estamos muy abiertas a la idea de vivir con ninyxs, también con m/padres solterxs! Comemos vegano y hasta ahora hemos compartido todos los costes de la alimentación (y nos gustaria seguir con el).

Las dos estudiamos y nos compromentamos politicamente. Nos importa mucho una perspectiva (queer-)feminista, anti-racista y pro-homo del mundo/ de la sociedad.

Hasta ahora vivimos con una familie (dos ninyxs, dos adultxs). El apartamiento va sobre dos plantas (planta baja y premiera planta). En cada planta hay un banyo con banyera y ventana. Abajao hay una cocina comuna y tres habitaciónes (uno es actualmente utilisado como comedor). Arriba hay cuatro habitaciones, una tiene balcón (cada una es entre 14 et 18m² et cuesta algo mas o menos de los 230€).

En la casa viven gente compartiendo pisos y familias. Tenemos un patio trasero que estara (probablamente) transformado en jardin. Lo compartimos con Schönerhausen, un projecto de vida en comun que esta aún en proceso de construcción.

Y una cosa mas por los costes: Como las cosas actuales son casi todas de las personas que se mudaran, vamos a tener que pagar una vez ca. 300€ cada una/o para los muebles etc..
