Mein Zimmer ist wegen Urlaub vom 2. März bis zum 2. April frei. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Außerdem kannst du in der Wohnung unser großes Wohnzimmer (26 qm), die große Terrasse und den eigenen Garten mitbenutzen. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eine Dusche und eine große Küche. Genug Platz ist also auf jeden Fall vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist ein zweigeschossiger sanierter Altbau im EG und 1.OG.

Hi,
I´m subrenting my room from the 2th of March until the 2th of April.
The room is fully furnished, facing the south side. It is of about 13 m size and has its own balcony. We are three people living in a big flat of 130 m with a big living room, garden, terrace and big kitchen. All of it can be used by you as well.
The location couldn´t be better. We are living close to Eisenbahnstrasse where all the hip young people are gathering and you can enjoy good food, bars etc.
Behind our garden you find a little park with table tennis and a basketball court. Supermarkets and public transport are around the corner.

Die WG befindet sich in der Bergstraße, zwischen der Dresdner- und der Eisenbahnstraße, beides in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hinten ans Haus schließt direkt ein kleiner Park an, dort gibt's Tischtennisplatten, einen Basketballkorb und einen Spielplatz (wer Bock hat). Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist unser Anteil an Grünfläche - man ist direkt im Garten, Park und kann sich da im Sommer ausbreiten.
Wir - Johannes, Benni und David - sind Freunde aus Schulzeiten in Freiburg. Uns hat es einer nach dem anderen nach Leipzig gezogen. Wir sind am Tag oft mit Arbeit / Studium etc beschäftig, hängen ansonsten aber gerne zusammen ab. Da wir auch erst im Oktober in die Wohnung gezogen sind, genießen wir gerade den ersten Sommer auf Terrasse, Balkon und im Garten. Zumindest wenn es nicht zu heiss ist...
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Park mit Tischtennisplatte, Spielplatz, Basketballplatz und Späti zum abhängen.
