Du bekommst ein halbmöbliertes Zimmer mit zwei großen Fenstern in Richtung Mariannenstraße. Die hohen Decken bieten Raum für Trampoline oä. In beiden Zimmern sogar mit Stuck.
Im Hof ist Platz für Fahrräder.
In dem Haus ist es die meiste Zeit ziemlich ruhig trotz unmittelbarer Nähe zur Eisenbahnstraße, auf der sich ein Haufen Bars, Restaurants, Imbisse und Straßenbahnen finden(15min bis Innenstadt). Allgemein sehr schöne Gegend in der 'ne Menge passiert.
