Hallo,
wir fahren mit unserer kleinen Familie in den Urlaub, sodass unsere gemeinsam genutzten Räume für über einen Monat zu vermieten sind..
Die Räume sind beide 17qm groß und funktional möbliert, sodass wir ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer haben..
Das Schlafzimmer besteht hauptsächlich aus einem 2,6 m breitem riesen Bettlager, einem Schrank und einer Wickelkommode..
Das Arbeitszimmer bietet zwei Schreibtische, einen großen Schrank, eine Anlage mit Plattenspieler und Platz auf dem Boden..
Beide Zimmer sind sehr hell und gehen nach Süden, das Schlafzimmer hat top Vorhänge!
Zudem haben wir gemeinsam mit unserem Mitbewohner Philipp eine große Wohnküche (32qm) zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen und Abhängen .. alles sehr hübsch.
Absolutes highlight ist unser großes Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne;)
Schließlich haben wir noch einen Garten den wir uns mit dem Rest des Hauses teilen. Hier gibt es eine Wiese zum faulenzen oder was auch immer tun, zwei Hochbeete zum gießen und eine Terasse auf der wir mit der netten WG von unten Essen.
Also wie im Titel geschrieben würde sich unsere gemeinsame Zimmeraufteilung sehr dafür anbieten, dass auch zwei Personen zu zweit einziehen, aber wenn du/ ihr andere Vorstellungen habt schreibt das einfach, wir sind da offen....

Hello,
our little Family is going on vacation, so the room we are using in our shared flat can be rented for over a month.
Both rooms have 17squaremeter. One is used and furnishered as our sleepingroom and the other as our working room.
The sleeping room is mainly occupied by a gigantic bed and a cupboard.
The working room accommodates two desks, a cupboard and a record player.
Both rooms have windows to the south side and are very bright.
Additiponally we share a big living kitchen(32 sm) with our beloved roomy Philipp. This room is used for collective cooking, eating and what ever feels good..
Another big plus is our bathing room with shower and bath.
Last but not least there is a garden we share with the rest of the people in the house. There is gras to relax on, a terrasse and two checks.
It would be good to use our shared rooms with two people.. so it you and a friend are searching something together that would be perfekct..
If not, thats fine aswell, just write a few words about what you are planing..

Wir wohnen im Bülowviertel hinter dem Torgauerplatz. Hier ist es ruhig und nett und wen die Abenteuerlust packt der/die ist in 1 min auf der Eisenbahnstr.
Anbindung mit der Tram ist gut(vom Torgauer platz in 10 min am HBF) für wen das relevant ist und mit dem Fahrrad schafft man es evt einen Tick schneller..
um die Ecke sind Lidl und Konsum und wer noch ein paar Meter mehr auf sich nimmt kann auf der Eisenbahnstr Einkaufen gehen..

The location is great.
We are living in the so called Bülowviertel right behind Torgauerplatz. Its quiet and comfy and for those , who are feeling a little more adventures, is the Eisenbahstr. a min walk a way the place to be.
Tram and supermarkets are close..
Wir wohnen zu viert in sehr netter Atmosphäre zusammen!
Es wäre schön wenn ihr da auch Interesse dran habt! Die gemeinsame Wohnküche bietet dafür den perfekten Raum..
