The room is furnhished wit a desk, couch and a bed. It get's a lot of light through the two big windows. One half of the room offers a lot of free space for sportive or creative activities. A music system with record-player, cassette-player, CD/DVD-Player and bluetooth conectivity is also part of the room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand von Volkmarsdorf. Für die 2,5km ins Stadtzentrum zum Augustusplatz braucht man ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß und weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Bis zum Kaufland in Reudnitz sind es ca. 500m, die nächsten Tramhaltestellen sind auf der Wurzner Straße 150m entfernt und die Bars und Spätis auf der Eisenbahstraße erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Volkspark Sellerhausen, der Lene Voigt Park und andere Grünanlagen befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Nähmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Fahrradwerkzeug und eine vernünftige Standluftpumpe sowie eine Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad in der Wohnung sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The apartement is equiped with washing-machine, dish-washer, sewing-machine and a big fridge and freezer. We have bike-tools and a proper pump as well as space inside the flat to keep your bike dry and safe. From the kitchen everyone has access to the balkony.
