Room in a sunny, centrally located 2-room apartment (65 m2) in a historically protected building from the Wilhelminian era from March 15th to End August (fixed starting date but flexible end date). The room is the one you see on the first picture, although the picture itself is a little older. We plan to refurnish the room around your moving in date with a new bed frame and desk in the style of the other room (photo 2), but during your visit you will still see the old furniture.

IMPORTANT: Currently the bathroom is under construction! You can still shower in the neighbouring apartment, however for potentially another month or two that might be the situation.

The Apartment:
We are renting a centrally located 2-room apartment in the Wilhelminian style district not far from the main train station.

The apartment itself has 65.12m², the available rooms is about 17,5m².

The 2 room apartment is furnished with care and taste, the original wooden floorboards and the antique doors are preserved. The apartment has 2 bedrooms a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here you will find a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, pots, pans and plenty of dishes. Internet is inclusive, too.

There is currently renovation happening in the bathroom, but we hope to be able to fix it soon.

About the house:
Spared from the war to a large extent, this Wilhelminian quarter gives you a unique insight into Leipzig from the 1860s to the 1900s.
The apartment is located in a listed building from 1885. With the original wooden floorboards and doors, the apartment combines antique charm with modern comfort.
Ludwigstrasse is located in the middle of a quiet area full of trees, close to the city center. This district is a Wilhelminian monument. Most of the houses in this area were built between 1880/97. After a careful renovation and with respect for the old architecture, this apartment is still equipped with modern comfort.
You can sit comfortably in the courtyard or park your bike.

Vermietet wird hier ab 15.3.2024 bis Ende August (fixer Starttermin aber flexiböer Auszugstermin) ein Zimmer in einer zentral gelegenen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Gründerzeitviertel unweit des Hauptbahnhofs.

WIchtig: Aktuell wird die Dusche gerade saniert. Man kann sich in der Nachbarswohnung aber duschen und wir hoffen, es so schnell wie möglich fertig zu haben, aber wahrscheinlich dauert es noch ein oder 2 Monate.

Die Wohnung selbst hat 65.12m², das frei werdende Zimmer hat etwa 17,5m². in dem zweiten Zimmer wohnt Shterny, ein Spanier, der fließend deutsch spricht und in Leipzig gerade ein Praktikum macht :)

Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete, 360€ pro Zimmer.

In der mit Sorgfalt und Geschmack eingerichteten 2 Zimmer Wohnung sind die originalen Holzdielen und die antiken Türen erhalten. Die Wohnung (65 qm) besitzt zwei vollmöblierte Zimmer, ein Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Essbereich. Hier finden Sie eine Spülmaschine, einen Backofen mit Ceranfeld, einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen und reichlich Geschirr.
Internet ist natürlich auch inklusive.
Zum Haus:
Vom Krieg weitgehend verschont, erhält man in diesem Gründerzeitviertel einen einmaligen Einblick in das Leipzig der Jahre 1860 bis 1900.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus von 1885. Mit den originalen Holzdielen und Türen kombiniert die Wohnung antiken Charme mit modernem Komfort.
Die Ludwigstraße liegt in mitten einer baumbepflanzten ruhigen Gegend, nahe der Innenstadt. Dieses Stadtviertel ist ein Monument der Gründerzeit. Die Baujahre der meisten Häuser dieser Umgebung, liegt zwischen1880/97. Nach einer behutsamen Renovierung und mit Respekt vor der alten Baukunst, ist diese Wohnung dennoch mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet.

Im Hof kannst du gemütlich sitzen oder dein Fahrrad abstellen.
