Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer großen WG (ganzes Stockwerk) mit zwei Bädern und einer schönen großen Küche. Die Gesamtmiete schließt Strom und Internet bereits ein. Leider sind Vorauszahlungen für die Heizkosten immens gestiegen. Wenn wir sparsam leben, bekommen wir das aber zurück. In den Treppenhäusern sind kleine Umsonstläden. Die Leute in der WG und Nachbarinnen sind sehr nett.
In der Regel ist es ruhig mit wenig Verkehr, aus dem Fenster hört man Vögel und gelegentlich spielende Kinder im Hof gegenüber, bloß einen Block entfernt ist die allzeit belebte Eisenbahnstraße, einen Block in die andere Richtung endet die Straße in einer großen Wiese auf ehemaligem Bahngelände.
Hier ist im Allgemeinen zwangloses Miteinander, d.h. man kann hier so sozial oder eigenbrötlerisch unterwegs sein wie man möchte.
