Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Tageslichtbad und drei verschieden große Zimmer, geschätzt 11qm, 15qm und 20qm.
Das Doppelbett sowie der Kleiderschrank, Esstisch, Stühle und Küche können in der Wohnung bleiben (nicht obligatorisch-) und wären für einen geringen Aufpreis zu haben.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Hinterhof der dem Haus zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit steht.

Ich bin Roy, 24 Jahre alt und komme aus Kanton, habe auch ein paar Jahre in Singapur gelebt und studiere Physics an der Uni Leipzig. Ich koche gerne, vor allem asiatische Gerichte. Gerne können wir zusammenkochen oder was anderes unternehmen. Obwohl ich gerne backe, beherrsche ich die Kunst des Backens noch nicht so ganz. Noch kurz was zu mir: ich spreche Englisch, Kantonesisch, Chinesisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. In meiner Freizeit fotografiere ich gern und vielleicht habt ihr sogar ohne es zu wissen meine Fotos auf Wikipedia gesehen :D Ich bin unkompliziert und entspannt und mag es andere Kulturen und Menschen kennenzulernen.

I really like to cook and bake. I also buy fruits a lot. I'd always love to share with others, but you dont have to do the same. If you speak German natively, it's a great plus I will consider. Other languages would be cool too!
