(English description below)
English:
The free room is about 11 square meters and faces north-east. From there you can see the sunrise in the morning, in summer and autumn the treetops from the park in front, in winter the table tennis tables under the trees and always the office building on Torgauer Platz. If you have already looked at the "floor plan", you will have noticed that there is a large living room, from which the kitchen and balcony (view to the mdr tower) lead off. All of this is shared, of course.
Internet and GEZ are already included in the additional costs.
There is the possibility to take over the furniture of the previous tenant. These are: A loft bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a desk and a shelf for a total of about 80 €.
Between Reudnitz and Eisenbahnstraße there is a red-grey district. The house is not in the middle of it, but in such a way that you have a fine view from every room. The tram 7 is two minutes from the front door, but the Hermann-Liebmann-Strasse and Koehlerstrasse tram stops are also not far away. For shopping you will find plenty of options from Kaufland and Netto to "Im Angebot" to the Hacıoğlu supermarket. There are also lots of parks in the east. Rabet and Bernhardiplatz are both about a 5 minute walk away. Directly at the house is also a park with table tennis tables.
Since I work Monday to Friday (mostly in the afternoon), I'm more happy to have breakfast together during the week than a long evening. More of that at the weekend! I wish for a comfortable and appreciative coexistence and imagine something like dinner together, good conversations, wine & sofa or trips to pubs, clubs and the surrounding area. What I don't want is a cleaning schedule that you can use to blame each other. I like it better when people clean after themselves without being asked for it or when everyone agrees to drop everything. The dishwasher takes care of the rest 😊
My plan is to leave Leipzig in about a year. That means you would be registered as a subtenant first, but I would try to have you included in the rental agreement later as the second main tenant so that you can take over the apartment when I move away.
One last thing: I like to discuss opinions, but I don't need inhuman attitudes at home. Means fascism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, Querdenken and whatever else Saxony has to offer stay outside.
